Customer service A++++. I made a mistake and ordered a king size mattress but needed a queen size mattress. The king had already been shipped (shipped really fast, same day) so I had to request a refund. Contact and communication with customer service was beyond exceptional. They made it so easy to return for a refund and even provided a prepaid return label. Wow is all I can say. I took to FedEx and returned. Then received a full return. Easiest transition on what was MY mistake. Thank you so much. Now, I did order the queen size 14”. Same mattress. Again, I am blown away at how awesome this mattress is. I wanted a firm mattress. Its firm. I love it. After removing the plastic and dang near fully expanded the full size. After waiting less than 24hrs it expanded to full size. They do request you wait 2-3days to sleep on it but I did lay on it a day later and it felt great. Going to wait the requested time to sleep on it but I know it will be amazing. The appearance, quality and comfort is way better than I expected. No loose stitching. I can tell I am going to have this mattress a while. Thanks for fixing my mistake and sending me such a great mattress. I really appreciate everything.

Wow, my 2nd bed in a box , this one honestly is nice. I got the Full size, 14 inches, yes the box was big, heavy to move by myself, but I did it. It was delivered to my condo's door, I got it in, had to push it all down my hall, standing it up to go around a corner and put it up on my frame in the box, I then cut the box away, because I couldn't get it out of the box to move it by myself. It unroll, expanded all tge way, put my new mattress cover and sheets on it, this bed is comfortable, firm, though the top gives alittle, I am a back sleeper and so far is comfy. No smell, expanded all the way, me personally am not waiting a day or a few, it's ready, I am it. Thank you. If anything changes, I'll update. Very happy. Did a lot of research on which bed to get, for this price, $369, with $100 dollars off, very very happy.

The mattress finally arrived and my granddaughter LOVES it. There is no off gassing and it is very comfortable. The seller, was excellent in dealing with a problem they did not cause. The problem I had was with the delivery. Twice I received notice that it was out for delivery only to be left empty handed. Finally, the item was delivered and the seller was monitoring and communicating with FedEx. The seller is very responsive to emails, and even offered a small monetary compensation for the trouble I experience.

Mattress was delivered vacuum-packed in a box. It was quite heavy, but I was able to maneuver it up a flight of stairs by myself without too much strain. I opened it up the morning it was delivered and slept on it the same night with no issues (i.e. no smell, puffed up nicely). I love how thick the mattress is as it sits high in my bedframe without needing a box-spring. It's very sturdy - I can sit on the edge of the bed without sagging or dipping. Cons: I wish it had handles as it's a pain to move when I need to wash my sheets. It's more firm than I like - I had a medium firmness mattress prior to getting this one and this definitely feels more firm. Overall I think it's a great mattress at a great price.

This 14 inch firm mattress was just perfect , solid but not too firm just enough , the shipping was fast It had no smell ..built quality , and the topping was nice . I ordered the 14 king size, Get help if needed the box said the weight was 120 lbs It is a solid heavy quality mattress . I read good reports about this mattress on you-tube I don’t think you can get a better mattress for the price And if you like the solid wood king bed frame , you can get it at Amazon also ! I am very happy with my choice

This will be the first night we sleep on it so I can’t review that part but I am laying on it as I write this review and it feels great. What I can review is the ease of getting it ready to go. It took two of us to get it open and lay it out for it to expand, it is heavy so make sure you have a 2nd person! We let it expand for 2 days which seemed like the perfect amount of time. It seems like a great quality for the price. We are excited to sleep on it tonight!

Not sure why I waited so long to purchase a king size mattress. Was a little hesitant because it was inexpensive ($150 off!), but I’m glad I gave it a shot! It is medium firm, perfect for side and back sleeper. I no longer walk up with back or neck pain. Item came in boxed and vacuum sealed. Placed it on the platform and cut the plastic wrap open. You literally so hear the “springs” popping into place. I love it, great purchase! There was no awful smell.

i was hesitant to buy a mattress in a box because you cannot actually lay on it but after looking at about 30 mattresses online I went with this one. Its heavy, took about 1 whole day to decompress. It is very comfortable and I would say it is a very good middle ground between plush and firm.
