The delivery time was shorter than expected and it is pretty heavy. The FedEx person left it in our driveway, lol. My wife and I took it out of the box and put it on our old foundation then cut the bag with the provided tool. It says wait 3 days. We waited a day and a half. It grew to 13 3/4 inches in a couple of hours and didn't seem to change much after 30 hours so we were anxious to sleep in it. There was a small amount of chemical smell when we first opened the bag but it quickly dissipated. I have a cranky back and this mattress seems to do the trick. It is firm and comfy. It also has a quality appearance. We got this on sale for about $300 so I am very pleased with my investment even if it does not live up to the 10 year warranty. After 3 nights of great sleep, 5 stars!

Bed is heavy, lol that should speak to its materials and construction. I’m 6’3”, 290 pounds it’s soft but supportive and so far providing a rather comfortable sleep experience. Medium firm is an accurate description, it does conform to the body in a nice way “snug as a rug”. Its outward appearance suggests it’s a quality product. First impressions 5 stars. Helped with back and hip pain. Can’t speak as to durability at this point in time as of now I feel I got more than my moneys worth!

This was my first night after letting it expand for four hours. I’m more than pleased with this mattress the firmness tho is between medium firm and firm I would call it almost firm. Which is perfect for back pain I have bulge disc on L4 and L5 on my lower back. And almost never feel rested. Great quality of materials heavy and beefy mattress but great for not slipping off the bed frame. Old mattress was about half the weight every time you got in bed the it would slide over three to four inches not this one. Also it was one of the coolest mattress i have ever slept on. Set up was a breeze and easy as tying your shoes. Make sure to use the tool provided in the box to remove plastic so you don’t put a hole in the material. I will give an update after six months to see how it’s holding up but I would recommend it to people with back pain. Wish they made pillows too.

The box that was delivered seemed to be MUCH more than 90lbs or so. More like 150-200 lbs. but maybe I’m out of shape. I am amazed that the high quality mattress that we unwrapped was in that box but it certainly was! The materials are of very high quality and it was quite firm upon initial inspection. We waited three days to let it fully expand and it was even more firm. We’ve decided to try it out for a week or so to see how we like it because we would have NEVER chosen a mattress this firm in the store! The pillow top is not very cushioned as well, making it even more firm. We will update this review once we’ve tried it out. UPDATE: We do like the mattress because of the overall quality. We do not like the ultra firmness and the pillow top is not soft at all! We added a 3” memory foam pad to the top of the mattress and now it’s perfect for a restful night’s sleep! If you like a soft pillow top mattress, this is NOT for you!

Has been three weeks with this mattress - waited to see how things went. I am approximately 200 lbs. and a side/back sleeper with back issues. The mattress I bought was Queen size and medium firm. Excellent support for me and back issues from sleeping have improved greatly. The value for this product is excellent - better than my prior Tuft & Needle with much better support. I am quite happy I choose this mattress - used reviews to decide (and why I am posting a review too). Good sleep is important !!!

365 tryout is a lie!! You are responsible for the cost of shipping it back. This mattress is uncomfortable, you can literally feel every spring on your back. I don’t feel any memory foam. I thought the value was amazing until I slept on it, I was wrong. Goes back to the saying “too good to be true”. Save up your money buy something better. Very disappointed in this brand. Quality is poor.
