The main reason I ordered this bed was its claim of solving the edge-collapse issue of other foam mattresses. My most recent mattress that this replaced, was not old. But it had ejected both my husband and myself off the edge a couple times. Our bed is high - I flipped off the edge and landed on the floor on my hands and knees. I'm an old lady! We can't have that. This mattress delivers. I now feel safe. On the topic of comfort - of course bed comfort is 100% subjective. I prefer a firm mattress. This is firm. It's firm enough it took me a couple nights to adjust. In fairness, the first night I was very stiff and sore from working too hard on an outdoor project. I had been using a gel topper, but tried the new mattress without, just to see. I could have gone without a gel topper, after the adjustment period, but I have put a 3" topper on it and like it better than ever. Could have easily gone with a 2" topper. I did allow it plenty of time to expand., before use. I put it on top of the guest bed for its airing and expansion period. Did not notice any strong odor. This mattress is all it's claimed to be. I'll also comment on a side issue: Of course it is still quite new to me, and I hope it lasts a long time. The listing says they offer a 10 year service agreement. I didn't look at what that means, because, really, will I even, unless there were to be some major early issue. But on my last mattress, I looked hard for one that could be flipped, for the added longevity that would give. With this style and all like it, one side only of the mattress can be slept on. Seasonal mattress shifting, for those of us who bother with such a thing, was to turn the mattress head-to-foot, then flip over, then head-to-foot again, to extend the wear. Easy way to remember is to make it a seasonal calendar - shift the mattress every Solstice and Equinox. Even though this is a one-sided mattress, like many I see now, The trade-off is a good one, even only on the basis of edge safety.

Great queen mattress for a guest room. It was easy to open and puffed up like normal. The bed is comfortable and tall at 11 inches. It took two people to move this giant and open it. A strong contender vs big names for a fraction of the cost.

The mattress is what I would say a nice mattress for the $300. We tried it for a about a month and went back to our older mattress (much higher price point). We have and adjustable bed that can lift the head or leg side up or down. This mattress didn't work out that well when our heads were elevated in a reading position. The mattress if far superior to what was available 20+ years ago but right on par to other mattress's in the less than $500 range. I think we may upgrade the twin bed in our guest room with as that one was a cheap discount store buy.

As soon as the sealed bag was cut and opened, The mattress was ready to use. It was an easy set up, but next time I had to make sure that I could see the top part of the mattress when it was laid on the box before cutting the bag. I ended up asking for help to flip the mattress because the back was on the top. The queen size fits perfectly on my spring box. The mattress was very well-made. It has a great quality. I was surprised because the mattress is too firm for me which I’m not used to but I had a good sleep. I thought my first night sleeping on this mattress would be a problem but I woke up without a backache. I’m glad that I replaced my old mattress. I think I will be able to relax and enjoy this mattress for a long time it’s worth a try and I’m happy with my purchase.

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now, and it’s been a huge upgrade from my old one. The 12-inch plush hybrid design feels both soft and supportive—it has a cushy top layer, but you can still feel the firmness underneath giving great lumbar and hip support. The first night, I noticed how much cooler it stays compared to my previous mattress. I tend to overheat at night, but this one kept me comfortable. Unpacking it was surprisingly easy since it comes rolled up, and it expanded fully within a few hours. What really stood out is how it handles pressure. I sleep on my side most of the time, and my shoulders and hips don’t feel sore in the morning anymore. It feels like sleeping on something you’d find in a hotel room, which is a nice touch for the price. If you’re looking for a comfortable mattress that balances softness and support, this one is worth considering. Plus, no fiberglass, so that’s a big bonus for peace of mind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for better sleep.

This mattress with it's pillow top, memory foam and springs gives a soft feel with good support. I have back and shoulder pain, which limits me to only sleeping on my back for my regular mattress. This mattress is for our guest room and I've been using it this past week to test it out. I've found this mattress allows me to sleep on my sides without hurting my shoulders! I am so happy with this, as a side position minimizes my sleep apnea and allows for a deeper sleep. I "sink in" to this mattress a few inches but not enough to make it difficult to move or get out. I don't feel any pressure points or springs. I'm really happy with this 11" inch mattress. I usually go for a firmer mattress, but with my back/shoulder problems I've found this matress works much better for me.

I must admit that this mattress replaced a very old worn mattress so even a crappier mattress might seem delightful but given that high-end mattresses sell for thousands this one is excellent given the price. What I don't know yet is how it will hold up over time. It's not unheard of for a mattress to be delightful for a couple of months then become very uncomfortable so we'll see how it holds up over time but so far it seems like quite a bargain.

We do like a medium firm mattress and this one feels great. I have the queen size. It is a bit heavy (as any mattress would be) and I needed help to take it up the stairs and place it. No problem though - As tightly as it is rolled for shipping, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it filled out - over just a couple of days with no bad fumes noticeable. We’ve used this for about 2 weeks now, and so far no back pain!
