So I read some reviews on this prior to buying and there was some complaints on quality. I used it for the first time this past week and really was pleased. It worked great for my 5 month old 21 ps Shiba Inu. Some of the pins were bent on shipping but no biggie. The only reason I had to use any zip ties was due to making an hour glass design to put a set a couple back to back for stability due to going down a step of the pad, but if the pad had been flat and I could had made an oval or circle design there would have been no need for zip ties. The only thing I wished was that they came in a 36 inch height. My dog did learn to jump it whenever we were getting loud playing games on the picnic table and he thought I was getting hurt but he stayed in it if I was inside (which I was most of the time) ... show more

Right out of the gate, read the reviews and believe the ones that say there are issues around this product before making your purchase. We will state the facts in our experience and let you decide as we did. This set is less expensive than others here for a reason. Someone here had said they found a better one for less but never shared what it was. We received all of our panels (we were extremely lucky) but were short 16 rods which is an entire box ( we purchased 32 panels that were in 2 boxes that only had 8 rods in each box, no holes in boxes and unopened) when we contacted customer service they responded quickly and politely and we were told no parts were available and were offered a credit on the purchase or a label to return for refund in full. I had read to return you pay for shipping which was approx $160 and like you of course I want fencing for my dogs. We had already prepared like others in the reviews to make our own rod’s because the ones that come with these panels are awful. So we kept the panels because they are good panels and we are not keeping them outside all the time. If you are looking for a fold up and put away option this isn’t for you. If you are looking to receive a complete order this isn’t for you. We are working on the missing rods situation and a fold up and put away function because if we leave it out front unfortunately it might get taken. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fencing and the ease of assembly. It took less than 30 minutes to unbox and set up completely. I am considering ordering a second 16 panel set to expand the play area for my pup. The only drawback in, my opinion, is the narrowness of the gate opening. The panel width would allow for the gate opening to be twice as wide and still have enough panel width on each side for stability. ... show more

I have to say I’m not much for doing reviews, but there was that one person that had a bad experience with the company they bought from that was very unhappy, Bad luck I guess. I bought 24 sections of this fencing and it showed up in 3 boxes about a week earlier than they quoted and is all there. We are very happy with this purchase. We set it up in our kitchen and used pee pads. I eventually lined up the cage gate with our doggy door so that he could go outside whenever he wanted but positioned it so that he couldn't go elsewhere in the house. Potty trained him in just a couple days using this trick.

The playpen arrived dented and fence wiring had pulled from the frame, prior to being removed from the box. This speaks to durability of the material constructed with. The other part is the gate latch was not made to open properly. This was a terrific purchase for me as they provider advertised spot on, this is the best fencing for puppies. I have 11 little ones and they are very comfortable with the 8 panel setup but I purchased the 16 panels because these little ones will be large dogs. Love this temporary containment.
