I've had this pillow for about 7 months. This pillow is soft, supportive and comfortable, but keeping it that way can be a pain. I love that it has multiple inserts. After a few nights of sleeping on the Sleepgram I found it would go flat or the stuffing would shift away from my head. Fluffing it in the dryer fixes the issue, but doing this every few days grew to be annoying. It's hard to explain, this pillow is supportive but can somehow be flimsy at the same time. The Sleepgram is still one of the better pillows I've tried, and I've tried a lot. It has somewhat helped with my neck pain. I currently have one of the inserts inside a similar, sturdier pillow and it is lovely. Definitely worth a try.

These are the most amazing, re fluffable (yes I just made that a word), adjustable pillows, I will never own anything else. I already bought two sets for myself (two for my room and two for the spare bedroom) and I bought a set as a gift for my mom and her boyfriend, who both say these are the best pillows they have ever slept on. I hate pillows that get matted down and never re-fluff as much. With these they fluff up awesome and about once a year I pop them in the dryer which really fluffs them up nice. I love that it comes with a pamphlet that tells you what inserts to leave in or take out for your desired firmness level. These are a pricey pillow and I normally would never spend this much, but I am so glad I did. They are so worth it. I've had mine upstairs for close to two years now and they are still perfect. Trust me you want these pillows. I wouldn't steer you wrong.

This pillow does not deliver to promise. I am looking through the reviews and I am mystified, I do not deny these people their opinion however in trying to understand it I can find no reason or rime to it. For me I can tell you that the only thing I’m influenced by in writing this review is that I spent $120.oo on pillows that suck. Do not buy this pillow. I grew up in Ireland in the 80’s we were really poor, the pillows we had were basically sacks containing lumps of foam or feathers that your head would go right through and you’d have to bunch up to get any support out of. The Sleepgram pillow made me miss those pillows. So let’s make a qualitative analysis based on what specific features that one might look for in a pillow. Does it stay cool? No I lay on it for less than a minute before my head started to get hot… during winter in New England. So like they are lying to you when they say the pillow is cool its not it does not breathe like a normal pillow, the material is too dense. Is it light and does it move easily with you while you sleep? No its like a sack of concrete compared to all other pillows in my house, it’s very heavy. Is it soft? It is the opposite of soft, it is rock hard. As mention above its like sleeping on a concrete sack, not a sand bag mind you there is some pliancy to a sandbag this is definitely the consistency of concrete that’s been exposed to some water and has started to harden and stiffen. Does it allow your neck to remain straight during sleep? No my head was cocked badly to one side. Despite all other concerns is it just comfortable anyway? So this pillow, if you sleep with your arm under your head is ACTUALLY DANGEROUS to sleep on, within two minutes my hand started to tingle with the weight of my head and the pillow on my arm, at about five minutes I could no longer feel my hand. I had to get up and find an alternate pillow. Pillows are supposed to be light and springy and allow you to rest while supporting your posture, this pillow does none of that. I cannot say enough how on every level this pillow is terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW. I am a real person I can verify this I have no interest in the success or failure of Sleepgram except that their product is a lie and I feel duped by it. Sleepgram should be ashamed of itself for putting this abomination on the market for decent people to lose sleep with.

Bought the King 2 pack and didn't realize that the filling was different vs. the King Single - memory foam in the 2 pack vs. microfiber in the 1 pack! WHY would they do this? I don't care for the memory foam filling - I used the Queen microfiber at my daughter's house and liked it so I bought the King and am finding I don't like the filler as much since it's different (memory foam which I never like!). Plan to try to return these but I no longer have the box it came in as I just looked into why they aren't as comfortable as the ones my daughter has and found they are different fillers. UPDATE: Returned the Memory Foam pillows and got the microfiber because I liked the ones my daughter has, but after sleeping on the King microfiber pillows I find them uncomfortable. They seem really fluffy until you lay on them and then they feel hard - stuffing shifts to above your head. Not worth the money in my opinion (either memory foam or microfiber) but I'll keep them for when my daughter visits as she likes them (but uses a Queen which are possibly a little more comfortable for some reason.
