Seems like the ends of the couch don't grasp or were placed wrong. Idk what to do it was heavy and hard to put together. The price was costly but is great. Just haven't put it all together need help. The company taking too long to reply. Looks like another person had the same problems./ I figured it out how the couch grasp. The media could not be loaded. This is a good first couch for a small apartment. Not the best comfort for sleeping on but good for spreading your legs out. Less than an hour assembly time, maybe closer to an hour if building things really isn't your thing. Easy to clean because the color I chose, already spilled on the back (coffee, no stain), a few spills of different colors on the cushions (no stain, sanitized and cleaned with water) and it's actually pretty sturdy (sturdy enough for two adults to bounce on it a lil). ... show more

If you’ve purchased this couch and can’t get the left hand armrest (if seated, right hand if looking at it) to go on its because that particular armrest is the inverse of all the other parts that require installation using the slides. That armrest has to slide up to lock on, where every other piece slides down. That informational part aside - it’s a great couch, firm, a bit small, not too heavy. It’s not for jumping on or crawling over - any adult attempting to drag themselves across this thing might destroy the wood, but assuming you treat this couch/pullout bed like a couch then it’ll hold up fine ... show more

Cushions don't meet up with the chase very uncomfortable. Put pillows under the cushions but it looks terrible. Firmness of pillows terrible. I wish I could get a another one that the pillows match the chase.. not real happy with this couch 😒 .

The product listing shows height of the seat as 18 inches (not including the sofa feet) and that's specifically why I chose this sofa so it was higher off the ground but it's less than 17 inches. The back cushions are pretty thin. The instruction diagrams were pretty tedious and small, a little difficult to figure out. The bed part is easy to pull out and stow away once you figure it out. The bed cushion is not the same height as the chaise cushion so it's a noticeable height difference when your'e laying on it main components are just held together with slide in brackets so it should be easy to switch it around.
