Very pleasantly surprised at the quality, ease of assembly, comfort and functionality of this couch. It really is reversible, in fact modular, so that pieces can be assembled in a few different ways to fit your room or lifestyle. Assembly was easy, instructions are clear and concise. I read them after I built it to make sure I didn't miss anything. The build quality may not be best, but it's a couch, built for sitting or laying on, not a trampoline, so don't jump or bounce on it. Duh. The dimensions are almost exact at 81" x 81" so it fits exactly like the tape measure says it will The foam in the cushions is firm, but I can already feel it softening after only a couple days use. We do not like mushy couches so it's exactly to our liking. The bed slider and the storage chaise are amazingly functional. Those 2 perks alone have changed our living room for the better. I was skeptical before this purchase and did a lot of research and reading prior to spending the money, but after putting it together and enjoying it, I would definitely buy this couch again, ... show more

I recently purchased this couch, and honestly, I'm extremely disappointed. The overall construction feels very cheap. The cushions do not look anything like the pictures – they were shipped vacuum-sealed, and even after giving them 48 hours to decompress, they remain slim and out of shape. It's frustrating because they just don't offer the support or comfort you'd expect from a couch. The pull-out feature has weak wheels that feel like they're going to break with minimal use. On top of that, the frame is made from flimsy, thin wood. After just one movie night with two adults and three kids on the couch, one of the boards already snapped. Definitely not something I was expecting for the price. After the frame broke, I tried to return it, but the process was a nightmare. It would require me to take the couch apart, pack it up, and drop it off at a UPS location—super inconvenient and honestly, would cost me more money than it’s worth. So, I'm stuck with this low-quality couch that isn’t even usable. Save your money and look elsewhere. There are better options out there for the same price or less that won’t break after a few uses and don’t come with a ridiculous return process.     • It only took 2 days for it to break 😪
I bought this couch after seeing it had all 5 stars. We needed a new couch but nothing too expensive since we just moved into a new rental home. Literally had it for 2 days and while my 13 year old was sitting on it the wood broke. My daughter is not a bigger child, she is average size for a 13 year old girl. I am glad I did not have guests over and it happened. That would have been so embarrassing. Other than that it's a great couch, we loved it. We have a German Shepherd and the fur comes off super easily. As far as comfort, it is about a 3 out of 5..it is a $500 couch so you get what you pay for. It is decent until you can get something better. Overall I would have given at least a 4..but now I have to deal with trying to get another couch when I already have alot on my plate. 😩 ... show more
