I have never bought a couch this expensive before ($750 after tax) so spent a lot of time researching. We wanted a "couch pit", or a giant couch we could sprawl out on, that our baby couldn't easily roll off of, and was 100" x 90". This was a perfect. Arrived about a week late. Trucking company called me the day before to make sure I'd be home. Big semi pulled up, and the driver wheeled the pallet onto the sidewalk. It was in two packages tightly wrapped together on the pallet. Tons of plastic wrap and foam wrap, and everything was perfect. No dust, no mold and all the parts were zipped inside the bottom of the couch. The two parts lock together nicely, and the head rests snap in. Ottoman screwed in no problem, and took me about 15-30 min to get everything set up. This is the hot rod of couches. Modern, sexy and well made. Well worth the money, even if it is more expensive than my first car. It's far nicer than my first car. The ottoman tucks away nicely when company is over, and is super easy to pull out taking about 3 seconds to set up. It fits tightly against the couch creating a giant bed sized couch that you could fit 3-4 people on. The headrests move, which was a surprise. Laid down flat I can set plates, drinks, phones and books on it. Or adjust it to whatever angle I want to support my head. The end is great for putting a tray, and the other end has a soft arm rest that's nice to sit on. It is firm, and the frames are stiff, bit the cushions are soft and springy. The baby has a long ways to go from the corner to reach the edge, and I've slept on the couch almost every night for the past 6 weeks. I can sprawl out like never before, and there's still room for more! Fabric is some type of pleather, seems pretty solid. My dog's nails did into a bit so I put a blanket on his side. It's super easy to clean, and send water proof. I've washed it off many times and don't see how it could possibly "rub off" like another reviewer mentioned. No dust, no mold, all clearly brand new material. I love this couch. So much that I brag about it, which I never thought I'd do about a couch. Everyone who sees it raves about how nice it is. World be perfect in a swanky club. I'm a very proud owner. And with the Amazon card, I got it on 0% financing. Easy to pay off in a year so win win win!!! ... show more

Have enjoyed this couch. Bought for my new house when I moved in April 2021. Easy assembly. Sneaky parts so don't panic thinking you don't have all of them. The wheels fell off of ottoman about 2 months into having it. It has RUINED our wood floors where it needs to be replaced so that's sad and $$$. Ottoman disconnects from the couch on it's own over time. I just reconnect it and continue to enjoy the couch. The tops of the back of the couch are fragile- just be gentle. Will creak & will not reinflate if you lean on it. Material is great and easy to clean! Doesn't show dirt and pet hair. Comfy! We fall asleep on it alot. Love how modern and simple it is. The backs are also cool since you can move them up or down. The silver details are my fav part with the grey scheme. I give it a 8.5/10. Would rate higher but I'm bitter about my floors. 😅 Update: I now rate it a 4/10. The connectors of the couch to ottoman broke shortly after writing this review. The springs have poked up into the material and it is very uncomfortable with visible springs. There is also a tear in the material now due to a spring. I give it a 10 for aesthetics and the overall grey material on the couch. However the integrity is not very good. After only 2ish years we need another couch. I atleast expect a couch to have a 5year life span. ... show more

I wanted a cheaper couch that looked good but also had additional space/room for stretching out. This couch was perfect. It's big, it's roomy, it's good quality material and it feels great to sit or lay on. I highly recommend it, I'm thrilled with the purchase because, again, it was a very good price and didn't skimp on quality one bit. The pull-out bed/ottoman works really well, and looks and performs as one continuous unit with the rest of the couch. I was worried it would just be a floating ottoman that would easily drift away from the main couch unit any time you laid on it, but the built in ottoman rails, rolling ottoman wheels and sturdy fold-out construction ensures it stays completely attached and rigidly in place. Having said this however, if you wish to separate the ottoman from the couch, you can unhook the rails from the ottoman and main couch, and make it a floating ottoman if you so desire (it's similar to how you slide/unhook a desk drawer out of a desk, just larger). The process of pulling out the ottoman from it's tucked position (and leaving it still hooked on the rails) is super simple. The material cleans easy, the fold-up headrest are nice and adds a touch of customization if you move some up and others down, it doesn't make noises when you sit on it, and its very comfortable (but firm, it's not a sink-in couch). The carrier didn't call ahead to schedule delivery, but luckily I was home when the driver knocked on the door. The couch was shipped in 2 separate pieces (1 piece couch, 1 piece ottoman) all shrink wrapped to 1 pallet. The driver rolled the 6 foot high pallet into my garage, and it was easy to break down the packaging to get to the individual pieces. The installation was (for me) the longest part. It wasn't difficult to assemble, but it certainly wasn't quick. It took me a few hours to get it done start to finish. The people that say it only takes 15 minutes to assemble either got a couch that was more assembled than mine or are extremely skilled carpenters. The couch itself is in one piece, and the chaise is another piece (so no you don't have to assemble either of those pieces). Required assembly includes inserting the headrests into the couch/chaise, assembling the rail system and rolling wheels onto the center piece/ottoman, and screwing each of the legs onto the bottom of the couch. My couch legs had no pre-drilled holes/brackets on the bottom of the couch like others also mentioned, but it wasn't hard to screw the legs directly into the bottom of the couch/chaise wood frame, it just takes some more time to line them all up and screw in 4 screws for each of the 8 legs. Lastly, the instructions, tools and screws are all included INSIDE of the BOTTOM of the couch, in a zippered section. Just unzip it and you'll see the pouch and headrests. I couldn't find mine until I read other people's reviews mentioning this. Overall, great couch, really happy, great value for the money, very comfortable, great to stretch out on, plenty of room, high quality, easy to clean. Very unique bed feature.
