The product is well made and I wish I could give it 5stars . I love the indents for my eyes and the softness. Velcro works well and isn’t uncomfortable. It pared well with my phone and the blue tooth and the audio are great! I like the 3 timing options and they are easy to find and use.. however getting to the opinions for the white noise is difficult. It took me over an hour to figure it out and even now using it a bit more I can’t seem to always find it… or I call someone at 11:30pm…when I do finally find it.. it’s great. I love this mask! I am someone who needs to sleep in complete darkness and at home I have blackout curtains for that but at my boyfriends place he likes to rise with the sun and his bedroom is all windows (it's awful). So I desperately needed something that wouldn't let an ounce of sunlight in so I could sleep past 5am. I've used a bunch of different masks before and I don't enjoy having pressure on my eyelids so I prefer the ones that have more padding around the perimeter to allow your eyes to not have material pressing on them. This one does a great job of that but my absolute favorite feature is the nose covering. It is a soft and malleable fabric that contours perfectly against my CPAP nose pillow apparatus that I have to use, to ensure no light gets in. I 10/10 recommend this. It is very comfortable and I instantly fall asleep with it on. My boyfriend always watches YouTube videos of rust (a shooting game) which has constant loud explosions and gunfire, and the TV is very very bright. I see zero light with this on and, with him adjusting the volume down a few and me maxing the volume on this I sleep like a baby. No more being jump scared by his sleeping habits. The only thing I am struggling with is how to use the timer feature. I also only listen to this with Bluetooth connected to my Spotify. I can still hear my alarm just fine, if anything I can hear it even better with this on. I thought I would want wake up with this off every morning (throwing it off in the middle of the night) but that has not been the case. I now have two bluetooth sleep masks… this one and a Musicozy. I have had the Musicozy for a couple of years. I bought this one for a few reasons. First of all, I thought a standard elasticized strap would work better than the strap on the Musicozy. That one has a strip of velcro which isn’t placed well, is too short and, as often happens with velcro over time, no longer holds well. I have to use bobby pins to keep the mask in place. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have said, even after shortening it as much as possible, the strap on this mask is too long and the mask slips down. The first few times I used it, I put my hair in a pony tail and had the strap on top of that. Now I have pulled up a loop in the strap and stitched it down so the mask sits in the right spot. I thought about getting a mask that goes completely around your head with no strap but now I realize that getting the right fit could be a real problem. Another feature that prompted me to buy this mask is the fact that it has built-in nature sounds. I can still use the bluetooth to connect to an app on my phone but I don’t HAVE to and I don’t have to leave my phone plugged in with bluetooth on all night. There is a variety of sounds, some of which I cannot identify…. maybe animals chomping? Some I don’t consider to be at all relaxing. There are, however, your standard nature sounds like ocean waves, a thunderstorm, other water sounds, crickets, birds, etc. The reason I need the mask is to block out noise from my upstairs neighbors. The maximum volume on most sounds isn’t enough to do that. The ocean waves have the highest volume. Sometimes I still use the bluetooth to connect to my phone (no problems connecting). The mask itself is soft and comfortable to wear even for a side-sleeper. It is narrower than the Musicozy, though, and I wake up with a line across my forehead if I don’t position it high enough.. The speakers can be a little difficult to position correctly but I manage. The battery lasts through 2 nights and recharges quickly. The controls are easy to use. There is a timer for 30, 90 or 120 minutes but I leave it on all night. According to the instructions, if you are connected to your phone, you can use the controls to answer or decline phone calls but since I use it for sleeping, I cannot tell you how well that works. I took the mask apart once to throw in with a load of laundry. It came out nice and clean. Easy to disassemble and reassemble. I cannot give the mask 5 stars because it doesn’t meet all of MY needs but I think a lot of people would find that it is just fine for them (if the fit works for you and you don’t need it to block out noise without using bluetooth to connect to an app). I will continue to monitor new products and read reviews looking for just the right mask (with just the right strap). ... show more

My husband snors. So, i can not sleep. This sleeping mask is so perfect. The only thing is that it is not easy using the bottons to turn on or off. Overall i can put my head on the pillow without having a bumpy ear like with a headphone. It's a thick material. No light passes through. I love it! Love the color ! ... show more

It was surprising hard to find a mask that had a usb c port so I was happy I found this one. I'm not used to having sunrise at 530 and I have difficulty sleeping so I needed something. I had a headphone headband and an eye mask but wearing that and a cpap was too much going on. This is very soft. The speakers are barely noticeable when I'm on my side. They completely block out the light by having a sort of soft under eye pillow instead of pillows around the eye so I find them very comfortable. It doesn't rely on pressure so much as fill the gaps. My only complaint is that I have noticed some slight scratchy static when listening to music. It's very infrequent but I'm pretty sure the speakers aren't handling a wide enough spectrum because I don't have my music loud. I have yet to try the built in sounds. ... show more
