  • Real white noise: Sleep Easy contains a real fan inside that generates truly random and natural white noise, unlike the distracting repetitions of an electronic track on loop. The soothing sound of flowing air breaks up other noise patterns and conceals other disturbances which would normally interrupt sleep.
  • Personalize your peace: customize the sound and volume of the Sleep Easy to your preferences. Simply twist the outer shell or the top to control the power of the airflow, whether you need a quiet whisper, a powerful rush of air, or something in between.
  • Perfect for your home and office: whether you need to help drown out the sounds of a busy office or college dorm, or need to help getting you or the baby to sleep, The soothing effects of white noise will help you relax and concentrate.
  • Protect Your privacy: Sleep Easy can also help mask Confidential conversations. Place it near your closed door and Sleep Easy will suppress the sounds of your meetings and discussions.
  • Compact and low-profile design: the small size means Sleep Easy can sit comfortably on any desk or night stand, and the unobtrusive design doesn't detract from any decor.

abunda_amazon_reviews We have 3 of these. Two of them developed a slight rattle after 1 yr. Over time, the rattle few worse. At 1.5 yrs, the rattle was unbearable and the product was unusable. I opened them up to see if it was dust or perhaps a loose motor mount. Unfortunately, the problem is that the motor is unbalanced and there is no easy DIY solution. So those units are going into the electronic trash bin. Our 3rd unit is starting to rattle too. I would have expected a longer lifespan for the price. In comparison, our Marpac Dohm is 4 yrs old and still going strong.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2017;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Rattles that gets unbearable.;;El-Cheapo;;;I purchased this just over one year ago. It was very light and cheap feeling and was not as loud as the Marpac one that we have. It seemed to work though, so we kept it. About 6 months later it got even quieter. Now, I can only get it to make a noise if I hit it on its side... but now it is unusable because it makes a loud hissing screeching sound. Unless I wanted to dream about people shrieking, or dragons eating me... this thing is unusable. I contacted this company and told them about their product breaking before 1 year of use and they told me simply they do not accept returns of this product. Very bad business. We loved it at first and used it nightly. But three months later, in April 2016, we tried to turn it on and it would not work. Upon closer inspection we found that the machine had, at an unknown time, overheated and melted its casing so that the fan can no longer turn. I find this very frightening, especially because we used it in our children's rooms. Not only should it not overheat but it happened after only 3 months of use! I am just thankful it actually stopped at melting instead of starting a fire. :-(;;Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2016;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Not safe, unit overheats;;Family of 6;;;I'm not usually picky, but I don't like this sound machine. It's hard to review this Sleep Easy sound machine-or ANY sound machine-because it's totally subjective! Advice-go on YouTube to compare sounds! Of note, I read about 20 reviews of the Sleep Easy before buying it, and then returned it before I switched for the Marpac. So I've had both. The Sleep Easy sound machine is great on low volume. On low volume, the Sleep Easy produces high quality sound in my opinion. However, when you adjust to high volume, the sound becomes "whooshing" and loses the soothing effect of a sound machine that I've come to know so well from working in a hospital for years. I can also unfortunately faintly smell the rubber so many people discussed in their reviews, and I am wary about this. This is only if I hold it up to my nose, though. It's also very lightweight compared to the Marpac DOHM. For a product I'm going to use every night, I'm going to return it for the white Marpac DOHM and spend another $25, so $50 total for the Marpac with about 7,000 Amazon reviews, most with 4 stars! Comparison breakdown-let’s check it out: Marpac vs. Sleep Easy: SLEEP EASY ($26) -It’s cheaper by about $25, but consider factors.. -Lightweight. -Product made in China. -Available in white color only. -Fairly short cord! Recommend extension cord if travel. -Volume adjust: how it works is by twisting the top to adjust the air coming out of the holes-but this makes the air sound 'swooshing' at higher levels in my opinion-this is why I returned it. Also has low/high switch at base. "Twist to adjust" settings for sound type of idea. -Look: Different look and is dynamic. Rounded top with holes on exterior design from which air escapes to make the sound machine noise, that you adjust accordingly. I actually prefer the look of this sound machine much more, but not the quality. MARPAC ($50) -Yes, it's $50 total so $25 more. BUT you probably use it every night if not frequently. Consider benefit. -Heavy/Feels more substantial. -Product made in USA. -Available in black, tan, and white colors. All units are same price. -Long cord 7.5 feet long -Origin: been around since 1962/Used throughout hospitals & is trusted product/Lasts average 10 years +. -Volume adjust: Simple switch design, and then you can additionally adjust tone and volume by turning top and sides. -Look: Different look than Sleep Easy. Simple design; a little dated looking perhaps and has a flat top and only a few 'slats' on exterior design. -Sound (subjective): White noise sounds much clearer, and louder. No 'swooshing' sound at higher volume/Clarity. -Durability: I can throw the Marpac in my bag to bring to a hotel, and not have to worry about it breaking like the Sleep Easy machine, which is somewhat fragile. *Note for both products: I would like to see carrying cases available for both of these sleep machines for travel purposes.;;Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2015;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;Marpac vs. Sleep Easy-Ultimate Breakdown Guide!;;Proper Bostonian;;;This noise machine has worked very well, and is a great value for the price. It was initially purchased to serve as the travel unit. This is the second one of these I've purchased. From what I have researched, this is the most affordable natural sound noise machine. There are cheaper noise machines that use an electric speaker, and we prefer something more natural sounding. The quality of noise is much higher than an electric speaker, this machine makes enough noise to "fill up" a standard size bedroom with Omni directional noise vs. an electric speaker which cant really do that. Pros: Lightweight, affordable $24, Prime Item, 2 noise levels, noise volume adjustment within each level of sound, natural fan/steady ocean wave sound (very similar to what a sonogram sounds like without the "woosh woosh" sound of it moving around without and the heartbeat). Fits perfectly into a Crown Royal bag for traveling which keeps the cord from getting all over the place. Cons: It doesn't get super loud...but so far its been plenty loud enough for my 3 year old and for me (much louder and fuller sound than an Iphone or similar). The cord could be a little longer (easy fix if you purchase a $2 extension cord). Since im not a fan of the electronic noise, I went with this unit and liked it so much I bought another for myself. Overall I am pleased with it, enough to give 5 stars. I would never pay more than $40 for something like this when a simple box fan is $18. I would definitely purchase again. I hope others find this review helpful, if so, please click the yes button below. I would be more than happy to answer any of your questions. Update: I've since purchased 2 more of these units, one for each room in the house. The original one is still sounding great and has over 1 year of 16 hours a day usage.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Very Affordable and Worth Every Dollar;;C.
