Low ratings because I was sure that I had ordered a full-size, 3 inch mattress topper. What I got was a queen-size mattress topper. Yeah, my order says queen size but every time I clicked on full size then 3 inch I was looking at queen size. I finally thought that I got it right but apparently not. The topper is way too big for our full size mattress. I really wanted a topper because it it nearly impossible to get quality fitted sheets to fit our 11.5 inch full size mattress. Fitted sheets are sold to fit a range of sizes "up to" 16 inches. Mattress "suspenders" are not the answer. I can't hold the mattress up to get them clipped on. Anyway, now my husband and I have wrestled the topper back into a box and we have to pay for return shipping. Update: The company took my review to heart and offered a compromise solution that made everyone happy. Very good company to deal with.

I have to say when I first unpacked it I thought there’s no way the deep crease’s would disappear but they did!! the downside is it still has an odor so I’m disappointed with that!!!! But the actual mattress is wonderful

It makes my too-soft mattress more comfortable. I actually put it on upside down on purpose to maximize the firmness. So far it's great.
