I'm larger so I would worry if this would support me. I've used it several times and it has not given me any issues! I like that the bag attaches underneath the seat for easy storage. The tools it came with are really nice and sturdy as well. I love that when the bag is attached under the seat you can use the handles to pick up and carry everything with you. I'd like it a little more if it was about an inch or 2 bigger each direction but it's not a huge problem. This is a really nice product and I recommend it!

This could be a good basic/starter set for some gardeners as it comes with a lot. The bag is smaller than some garden bags but it has lots of useful outer pockets and a bigger interior space. It's neat that you can snap it to the bottom of the seat. I'm not sure how practical it actually is to use it this way because you do have to choose your tool storage pretty carefully to avoid sitting on gardening tools. The bag snaps onto the seat in four places so while it holds everything it comes with, I probably wouldn't add much more to it if I was using it this way. I do really like the idea of it, I'm just not sold on the execution. The seat seems sturdy enough but be aware that it only measures 10" x 11.5", or at least the canvas "seat" does. The entire thing measures more like 14" x 11.5". Depending on your size/steadiness/needs, this might not be a great fit for some. Time will tell how the tools will hold up, but so far they work. The metal shovels and cultivator seem a bit thinner than some of my other hand tools but I do really like the wood handles and again, it's a nice variety. The part I am not so wild about, based on past experience, is the bottom of the stool. It's just coated metal so the minute you use it on rocky ground or a patio it gets scratched and it will rust. I added a few layers of black duck tape to the bottom to prevent the paint scraping but it would have been a nice touch if it had a protective barrier, like some rubber stripping or something. Overall this set is a nice all-in-one option for average to smaller sized folks. Someone who is doing light to medium gardening in flower beds/some potting and looking for a one stop-option, will probably appreciate this. As of 10/23 this set is working well for me! If that changes or I have any issues in the future, I will update this review.

I have four large food beds, and several flower beds. I absolutely love gardening! Whether I am planting seeds, seedlings, weeding, harvesting my food, or picking flowers, I usually sit on the ground and slide over a foot at a time. The alternative is bending over for hours at a time to do my gardening, which is back breaking. I do have a small rolling cart, but that isn't the most stable when I am trying to get up. Then there is making sure I have all of the necessary gardening tools with me. This gardening tool set comes with a very durable foldable cloth seat, a tool bag that is also extremely durable, and five hand tools that fit nicely in outer pockets. The bag has a bunch more outer pockets, and a large inner compartment for carrying more hand tools, gloves, a water bottle and snack, some of your harvest and more. The bag can be attached to the seat so you can move the whole set together, rather than lugging separate pieces around the garden. When you aren't gardening, you can bring the foldable seat with you to the park, to a picnic, etc. The price of the entire garden set makes it a fantastic value. I highly recommend this garden set.

These look great from afar with the shiny metal, but on closer inspection, no serious gardener would appreciate these, as they were clearly designed for more show than actual utility. The design for the tools look "cartoonic" or more like stage props. For example, the tine cultivator is dull and has a hallow divot to give the illusion of being thicker (or having 3D substance). These are not worth getting, unless you only want a folding chair and tools that might work a few times before giving out or not at all, because these seem to be designed by a city person who has never gardened in their life.

I have small raised beds in my garden, and the seat is just the right height for me to sit and weed around my plants. It's convenient to store my gloves, tools, and clips in between gardening sessions. When I'm done, I fold the whole thing up and hang it in my garage.

This is a nice stool and I appreciate the height of it. I have another that is quite low so this is easier to work on. The tools, as many mentioned, aren't great quality, but that's not a huge deal to me since I have my own set of good tools. I really like that the bag snaps on, though because my biggest issue when I'm using my stool is that I have to lug my stuff around in my weed bucket which is a huge hassle and gets messy. Overall, this is nice. Maybe a tad bit pricy but still nice.

I think the stool and tool set is great for the hobby gardener who just plants a few flower boxes or beds and is fine with very basic, not high end, tools. It's also especially good for older people who have issues being on their hands and knees for too long or trouble getting off the ground (however, without a support nearby, getting up from the stool could be just as challenging). However, this likely won't satisfy the avid gardener who is very particular about their tools. The seat is fairly sturdy, but I would be extremely careful on any uneven surface. Also, as you can see in the photos and other reviewers have mentioned, the ends of some of the tools are very close to the edge of the stool. You have to be careful you don't accidentally hurt yourself... This is a bit of a design flaw. The nicest part is the bag that snaps on and holds all the tools and comes with an extra compartments for something like your gardening gloves, a water bottle or even, in today's world, your cell phone. It's an ok product and will likely satisfy those who aren't overly particularly about their gardening implements, but there are better options for those who do more than hobby planting.
