This Double Din Dash plate will fit just about any of the (US size) double din stereo's... The color is pretty close to matching the grey factory dash colors. The kit came with the dash face, a very basic aftermarket wire harness, The antenna cable, and 2 plastic mounting brackets for a double din... If you have a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 then you will probably not be able to use the basic wire harness that comes with this kit, I had to by a $107 harness at a stereo shop to get my radio to work... (The harness that comes with this kit should be good for 2007 and older Ram trucks.) Over all I do like the clean lines and factory look this dash plate gives my truck, it was easy to install and it's made from sturdy materials... It's a Prime item so shipping was fast and it was packaged nicely. ... show more

Product fit great and looks really good. But Dodge does not sell new AC baffles seperat form the dash. So you have to remove the old baffles and glue them to the new dash. It's an issue with Dodge not the part

This product was as described and works great in a 2008 dodge ram 3500 for an aftermarket stereo with touchscreen and bluetooth. The only complaint with this is that the clips sent with the product were rather flimsy and we pulled the original factory ones off the origianl piece and used in place of these clips ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This dash kit works and looks great. It looks as though it was installed from the factory. Buyer beware that the ac vents will need to be secured either by glue or melting the plastic tabs like they did from the factory. I found that a broad tip soldering iron works great for both removing the vents from the old das as well as installing them on the new one. Also, be gentile with your old tab clips. You will be better off reusing the originals than using the ones that come with the kit. ... show more

I ordered this for a "stock" look for my truck. This order was very frustrating. I will convey it as I see it and leave conclusions to you. Once ordered, I was looking forward to delivery and installation. However, the seller requires a signature for delivery. I did not notice this in the advertisement. It may be mentioned there, but I did not see it. When the unit was attempted for delivery, I was not home. The delivery required a signature which my 13 year old son was uncertain about. He refused to sign for the delivery. Upon refusal to accept the unit, the delivery company returned the unit to the seller. I am very frustrated that a 13 year old can modify my purchases. To be honest, he is 6' tall. He also should not have answered the door. But the purchase was modified by a minor who should not have the authority to modify my decisions. I reached out to the seller to understand why the order was not delivered and learned the facts as described. They indicated that since the order was returned for failure to sign, an additional shipping fee was required. The email conversation with the seller at this point was extremely difficult. I inquired about how to complete the order and the response was partially complete. I inquired multiple times about how to proceed and was given only partial information. The email exchange took about an additional month. It was very painful extracting the needed information from the seller about how to proceed. Ultimately, they did publish an additional listing on Amazon specifically for me to purchase to pay for the additional shipping. In the end, I understand that the seller is not responsible for the refusal to sign. I also believe that this purchase requirement should be very clear to a buyer. It was not. All around better communication was required. After all the effort to receive the item, I was only thinking about installing it as soon as possible. The dimensional specifications are excellent. However, the color is far enough off that I am planning to paint it to match the interior. Would I make this purchase again? I don't think so. It was too difficult. The advertisement was not clear about delivery requirements. After much begging for information (via email) on how to proceed, I finally was able to complete the purchase. Installation was pretty easy. I did use a soldering iron to weld the vents on and it worked well. The fit is perfect, but the color is way off. I am now looking for a custom paint to finish the install. The quote I received last week for a custom plastic bonding paint was several hundred dollars.
