We rearranged our living/gaming area and as we rent did not want to put brackets on the walls. This is a great alternative. They are very stable once you set them up completely (someone else posted a video in their review, I strongly suggest you watch it). Love that I can move them into a corner out of the way when not gaming.

Worked for a few months, whatever you do, if you want to use these; do not unscrew them. They are weak to any kind of twisting so once that basestation is in place; you're not taking it out, unless you like pieces of metal getting stuck in the grooves of the basestation. Now I need pliers.

the build quality is just eh, from the bottom to the top there is this large grove that is on one side of all the metal pipes it doesn't feel as sturdy as another tripod stand from a different company it uses clamps, that's about it it just feels hollow and not as sturdy as others but it will get the job done.
