So, I'll start off the review by saying I was hesitant to buy this because in the description they say that the SSD and graphics card brand will be determined upon buying. I thought they were going to cheap out on that stuff but I would have to say they did a good job. Graphics card: XFX 6800XT SSD: MSI M470 1TB NVMe M.2 The motherboard is pretty decent. The case is really nice. Comes with WiFI receiver built into it. I bought this in December and it hasn't given me any problems since then. The most graphics labored game I played in this was Assasins creed Valhalla and it could run it at 60fps in 4k. Definitely would recommend and it wasn't badly priced. ... show more

while the specs didnt look bad, they actually didnt outperform my older laptop with i7 chip. what bothered me though was the graphics card, while getting power, would not work - windows shut it down due to unexplained problems, even after doing all updates and attempting to fix through windows methods. pc was returned for refund without issue since i wasnt looking for a project ... show more

Terrible product. Not even a week into using it, it is black screening when I try to play games. Also have had numerous people with computer engineering degrees and someone from IBM look at it, and they have no idea what's wrong. Will never purchase anything from sky tech again. Especially when a $3000 purchase doesn't work within a week!!! ... show more

This product has been amazing since I've bought it. I did countless research online and YouTube on this specific pc just for people to bash it and LIE on it. People claimed it came with outdated parts, and very cheap parts but that was not the case for mine at all. The motherboard has 2 NVME slots and not 1 like other people claim. The PSU was an EVGA 750W 80+ Gold. The NVME 1TB was MSI Spatium M470. the 16GB Ram was actually 3200mhz T Force. The ThermalTake Mid case is amazing, the Radeon 6800XT is future proof for at least another 5years. DO NOT LET OTHER REVIEWERS DISCREDIT THIS PC. P.S. I cannot review the tech support because i've yet to have any problems ... show more

Simply put if you have 0 idea about what you're buying and are just assuming based off the price tag this will seem AMAZING, but I'll tell you right now at this price range there are SO many better options my first that I will recommend is looking into the prebuilds at a Micro Center near you.

Video card doesn't work. Gives a Code 43 error in Windows. Bought brand new in box from a 3rd party. Skytech won't honor the warranty because it wasnt an official seller. I don't recommend them.
