I have spent a couple weeks trying to fix an issue i have had with a pc that has an ssd. I have reinstalled windows 2 different times on two different solid state drives and done every other fix i could find online and im still having the issue when i download games after the ssd downloads more than 200-300 ish GB the pc starts running the disk usage to %100 every time i try to download something bring the download speeds down with it and making the download take 4x slower at first i thought it came with a faulty ssd so i bought an identical one brand new and reinstalled windows after downloading a large 200gb game then that went through it’s download smoothly starting another 60gb game that got to %20 into the install it went back to %100 disk usage just when i thought i was in the clear. support has been kinda but also not helpful at the same time. Because they haven’t been able to fix my issue and also take a long time to respond but haven’t yet decided its time for a replacement ... show more

The media could not be loaded. *I WILL EXPLAIN WHY I RATED SO HIGH DESPITE ALL OF THE ISSUES I HAD JUST HEAR ME OUT LOL* So, back in June i was looking to build a PC but with my lack of knowledge & lack of friends/family who have tech knowledge, i decided to get a pre built setup. This PC was well within my budget, and seemed to have pretty decent specs for the price. Upon arrival there was no damage to the box or any of the contents inside, and it was very easy to set up. It’s not super big but has room for upgrades/changes, which i plan to do anyways once i learn more about the world of PCs. It looks nice with the LEDs, which you can control with the ASRock RGB LED application OR SignalRGB. The only thing i dont like about the physical appearance is that a few of the parts were super glued/hot glued together which i fear will pose an issue if i choose to change the case. Again, nothing that is life altering or devastating, so im not worried about it. now here is where my issues start :) once i had it set up and connected to my monitors, after about two days the system would crash and restart itself. at this point i was still only downloading my games and stuff so i wasn’t doing anything strenuous. now once i started trying to play games is when the screen issues started. I tried to start the Sims 4 and couldn’t get past the home screen before the PC crashed. Minecraft? forget about it. Eventually i couldn’t even play a youtube video without a full system shutdown. So, i contacted Skytech support about the faulty NVIDIA geforce 3060. This is why im rating five stars despite the absolutely ridiculous inconvenience of being sent a bad GPU. Support was VERY helpful. Upon sending a photo of the card, the serial number, and an example video/image of what the issue was, they had two solutions- either i send the card to them and once they receive it they will send me a replacement (at no cost to me besides mailing fees) or they send me one and place a $300 hold on my account that is lifted once i replace and send back the defective one. both of these options are very helpful i think, because they both wouldn’t end up costing me any money. I decided to upgrade the GPU anyways. i bought an AMD radeon 9060 xt (comparable to a gigabyte radeon 7600xt or the nvidia geforce 4060 ti) and finally, last night, replaced it. it works PERFECTLY with the new GPU, and i have zero complaints. (the last photo is the pc with the new GPU i bought installed) it’s fast, the graphics are beautiful, zero lag and no more green lines, freezing, or system restarts. There is no reason i chose not to go with Skytech support’s help besides the fact that i wanted an upgrade anyways- so should something happen to anyone else’s GPU and you don’t wanna pay extra, they definitely are helpful and worth contacting. ... show more

I’m not sure how to rate this pc. For some reason the monitors do not have signal. I connected the hdmi cord to the graphics card instead of the mother board and vice versa and still nothing. The ram card was not inside of the slot when I went to turn on the pc. I have a dual monitor set up and neither one of the monitors are turning on. This is my first time buying a prebuilt pc and I am overwhelmed and discouraged! Please help!! Update!!!! I am now changing my rate due to the skytech company support helping me with this process. The pc is now connected to both monitors, the issue was the ram cards were not put in properly. Also when the signal came back and windows came up it was linked to the old person’s in information. In the future please wipe the pc before shipping the pc. That’s my only issue thus far. ... show more

I was looking for a quick computer I can get running without much hassle. This fit the books well. I planned on upgrading certain parts anyway. Out of the box it can run games at ultra setting without difficulty. It’s not suitable for 4K gaming, but 1080p is no problem. There is room for 3 more 120mm fans at the bottom.
