I was super reluctant to buy a computer through amazon because of the negative reviews i've seen and also some concerns about the product arriving DOA or damaged. But luckily none of those things were an issue for me. Pros: - Lightning fast computer with solid state drive - virtually no wait time to boot up and run my programs at all. - Great gaming - currently playing mortal kombat 11 on high settings and runs smooth. - The computer was packed VERY WELL to prevent damage to the case as well as the internal components - excellent work! (Protip - make sure you remove the inner packing material before powering on the computer) Would be nice if: - the power and reset buttons are a bit too exposed. sometimes i bump into it with my knee or i accidentally knock it when shifting the tower around. would be nice if the buttons were a bit more recessed. cons - - Not really a problem if you read the product info, but i didn't. the tower is just a tad bigger than what i was expecting but it is my fault for not paying attention. that said, no complaints about the tower itself - just that if you are looking for something small/medium sized this won't be idea. - nothing at the moment worth mentioning as a 'con' - so far everything runs great and setup was painless and fast. will update if anything changes. ... show more

So I've had this now for almost 9 months, and it works great. I'm not a HUGE gamer, as the only biggish game I've played on this PC since I've gotten this was "A Plague Tale: Innocence." But this game ran smoothly with the exception of a few very short freezes of the game on one specific area of the game. I'm not that privy to these things so I have no idea if it was the game or the PC, but it seems to me that it would have to be the game itself, since for the rest of the game there were no problems. Anyway, it's fairly quiet and I'm very happy with my purchase, as it was easy to start up when I first got it (with the exception of not knowing where the power button was - I'll just tell you if you are a complete newbie to desktop PCs like me, it's on the top front right; top front left is reset) and it has ran great all this time. Also, I discovered today that you will probably want to occasionally and regularly run your finger across the front bottom "grate" where air is sucked in from the fan pushing air out the back, as there will be a significant amount (if you wait 9 months like me) of lint on the front of it, especially if your home gets very dusty like mine does for some reason. ... show more

Had to return the pc for a refund. Pc kept crashing and turning off. Happened 3x the 1st day. Spoke to the manufacturer and we ran a stress test. Needless to say the gentleman i Spoke with in the phone even told me to send it back. Gpu fans would not turn on even under a stress test. Multiple usb ports didn't work and the bluetooth was non functioning. I really wanted to like this pc as all the specs checked the mark and the price was cheaper than me buying all the parts myself. I know this is an amazing pc as I have friends with same but I unfortunately got a dud. ... show more

I purchased this PC for my son. He wanted to get into PC gaming and I researched everything I could, and after tons of reading reviews, looking at specs and comparing PCs I went with this one. I was not disappointed. The first game he tried out was Warhammer Total War II, and on ultra settings it ran beautifully. I expected, based on what it looks like, to sound like a jet engine when it started to put in work, but surprisingly it runs very quietly. The case is massive, and looks like a church for robots to pray to the old gods, which is an aesthetic I like. We didn't use the mouse and keyboard it came with, but they looked solid, they'll get to live in the closet on standby if needed. No unnecessary bloatware, no hassle, just hook it up and go. Unfortunately the only way I get to see my son now, is to unplug the router. He absolutely loves the thing, and I'm fairly certain that when I'm looking to get back into PC gaming I'm going to go with a similar rig. ... show more

This computer is awesome. I don't play this latest and greatest games, but rather the 2-3 year older games on Steam. This computer handles that flawlessly. This computer came with no instructions to get started. I was confused about the initial setup and I have built several computers in the past. First, it came with a box of computer hardware tucked in a hard drive slot. To access this, you had to take off the rear panel which is a pain as that is the panel where you have to be careful not to crush the wires when reinstalling. In addition, the I/O shield around the DVI monitor slot for integrated graphics was blocked by a piece of the metal tab. These are minor issues, but I deducted a star for it as it is something that could be improved upon. Customer support was extremely prompt in answering questions and knowledgable. I cannot state this enough, their customer support is truly awesome. I would buy from this company again without a second thought. ... show more
