This is my first rig from Skytech, was looking for an upgrade from my 10yo machine and decided on this one after a lot of thinking. Super happy to say it's been totally worth it!! Came well packaged with no damage and everything is as advertised, neat cable management and no bloatware. Been using it for long sessions daily for almost 2 months now, zero performance issues so far, runs all my games, digital art softwares and multitasking all cool and quiet, sometimes I don't even notice that it's on since it's so quiet. Ran endgame poe2 maps with every graphic settings cranked to high plus other stuff opened in the background and gpu temps average around ~63°C with fans staying at a comfortable hum. 2 antennas were included in the box and needed to be screwed onto the back of the pc otherwise bluetooth and wifi connections will be very weak. Took 5 secs to put them on. (My gpu wasn't sagging, but I added my own support stand anyway just for peace of mind.) ... show more

I received the pre-built pc from Amazon and immediately set it up. Everything was fine until I attempted to pair a controller with the device. No matter how hard I tried, I was unable to connect via Bluetooth. After hours of internet searches and videos, I stopped trouble shooting after reading the disclaimer on Skytech's site about problem reporting and the manufacturer suggesting I go inside the device and no something about reseating something (I purchased a pre-built for a reason). I spent hours on an automated phone system that no one ever picked up. I've seen enough!! I tried them based on YouTube video recommendations. Guess I'll have to find another method for shopping for high-end gaming pcs. The level of disregard, neglect to email queries and general online review content, Skyboredom will not have to worry about picking up a call, answering an email, or adding my money to their coffers. ... show more

Well packaged. Well built. Decent case. For whatever reason the fans were on max at startup, I'm assuming for testing, that was easily changed in the bios. I also had a Bluetooth issue (not connecting) with this model but updating the motherboard drivers fixed the issue. Really, the first thing you should do is update all the drivers when getting a prebuilt pc. Stays around 70 C and under running BG3 at 4k with quiet fan settings, 45-50 C idle. This PC comes with a mini remote to change fan speed and RGB but I prefer to customize those settings. ... show more

Packaged correctly and booted up with no issues whatsoever. the best thing so far is the sound there is none and i cant tell its even on which is remarkable. Good cpu and gpu and ps, motherboard could have been better to match the other components and only has 1 m.2 slot. otherwise plays everything i can throw at it with ease.
