Ran a couple games, like Warzone 2, FFXIV and others, this PC ran absolutely nice. In wazone 2 my FPS in a game was around 140- 170+ FPS. FFXIV ran like a beast. The PC itself is extremely quiet. Looks amazing. The only problem I had was that one of the fans wasn't running so I have/had to fix it myself. One of the screws on the mother board wasn't placed, so I had to find and screw it back in. The unboxing came with back up screws, wiring and more. Visually on my 32" 165hz QHD 1440p monitor everything looked very crispy clean. So, had the PC for a few days and I don't regret getting this tower. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. A good value…did add 8gb of ram and now playing over 100fps…but that’s a small price to pay. Couldn’t be easier to set up…literally plug and play. Already had a gaming mouse and keyboard…but this also comes with equally nice rgb wired mouse and mech/mem keyboard. This PC was very pretty and it ran great, until it just stopped working after I'd had it for less than a day. I received it on a Friday and spent that evening setting everything up. By Saturday afternoon, it couldn't even boot into Windows. Instead I got an error message saying that there's no valid information for an operating system. Since Skytech did not provide me with any installation media, or even the OEM key for the Windows digital license, I had no access to recovery tools and there was absolutely nothing I could do to try to repair the OS myself. Skytech's tech support is only available Monday through Friday 9 to 5, when I, like many other people, am at work. And even if I were available during those hours, Skytech's own FAQ includes "Why can’t I get in touch with a human during customer service hours?" There were other red flags I should have heeded before the PC died. First, there was no sort of quick start guide or anything included with the PC, meaning I had to figure out which screws to remove and how to open the case without damaging it to be able to remove the packing material, which isn't as straightforward as you might think. Second, this PC was clearly used by someone else before it was sold to me. One of the rubber feet was loose and had debris attached to it's adhesive, the accessories' bags had already been torn open, and there were scuff marks on the case. Third, although the Amazon listing said it would come with Windows 11 installed, it actually had Windows 10. Lastly, although all the photos on the Amazon listing showed a black case, the one I received was white. (This last one I'll take partial blame for. Deep in the specs on the Amazon listing it does say "Color: White." But why not use photos that represent what you're selling?) Overall, not a fun experience. I was all excited to set up my new rig, and instead I had to pack it all back up and lug it to the UPS Store. I thought I was getting a good deal, now I see why they were selling these at such a deep discount. At least I got my refund without having to argue over it. ... show more

1st. Advertised as having windows 11 home. Definitely has windows 10 home. Has a decent graphics card( gigabyte GeForce 3080 ti vision) motherboard is a ASRock X570s, which seems to be decent. 16gb is Oloy ram, could use another 16gb. Most of the components in this pc are no longer available as it was built with 2021-2022 parts. Cougar power supply. MSI SSD. parts listed to give you and idea what today's cost would be to build a similar rig. Not a big fan of the case design but it works. Easy to upgrade or change the case as all the parts are off the shelf parts. Haven't had any big issues yet. Had a moment when my Bluetooth kicked off when I was in the middle of a game and lost controller snd speakers for a minute. ... show more

I bought this computer about 8 months ago, and it has been working great. The Nvidia GTX 1650 graphics card has worked for the games we play: Minecraft multiplayer, League of Legends, Valorant, Fortnite, Mordhau, etc. It does not work with VR; we tried to hook up Oculus Quest 2, and it said it needed at least a GTX 1660. The computer's specs are good, and it has been functioning well. I might like to upgrade the hard drive for more space, but it is an SSD which is good. I would recommend it. ... show more

Bought this for my son for Christmas. It was his only gift and he couldn't be happier. It was easy to setup and upgrade to Windows 11. I no longer have to hear how waggy his games are with the 3080ti. We bumped up the ram to 64GB and he doesn't come close to using 1/4 of the resources even while live steaming and gaming.
