Runs well, has good performance, is good on graphics, has above-average speed, and the RGB colors are bright and beautiful, BUT sadly my graphics card fan is falling and hitting the Wi-Fi component, BUT that shouldn't stop you from buying it. I moved this PC a lot, and for this to happen 6 years later, I'm not even upset. I applaud SKYTECH Gaming for this PC. The fan possibly fell out of the slot because of me. Wow, I have got to say I am thoroughly impressed with the PC I purchased for my 13 yr old son!! This is so freaking nice and its incredibly quiet! (He is using this PC primarily for gaming) Then with a few added accessories from 5below (lighting mouse pad, light up headset holder w/ 4 USB ports) and the keyboard and mouse I bought him last year rather than the ones in the box, the set up is just awesome! My brother is disappointed he didnt get one when I did bc now the price is so much higher (i got on black Friday or cyber Monday). Anyway, i hope my review helps someone to chose their PC, this is a great buy and only thing im doing to it is increasing to 32gb from 16gb other than that this is perfect as it comes and it does include a keyboard and mouse we used the ones i got last year bc they were very expensive and match our set up perfectly, but the ones in the box are perfectly fine..my son prefers 60% keyboard for gaming. Anyway, great purchase and we couldnt be happier! All his friends are jealous and so are our relatives who have seen the PC :-) I wish I got 2 of them and if they honored the price i got the first time id buy 2 more right now. Lol ... show more

I am very satisfied with my purchase of this beautiful machine. It was my Christmas gift for my mother as she was overdue for a new system and seeing as I was a little bit fed up with the cheap regular PCs that would work great for the first week to month well then begin to get tremendously slower as the time went on I figured I'd just go ahead and put a little bit more money forward to get her a nice gaming pc with much better specs as I'd heard time and time again from friends and folks that game. Well long story short she loves her new computer and after setting it up for her it has run quietly and super well especially since she isn't a serious gamer but loves her Facebook games. She excited, the unit works well with what she wants to use it for so I'm very happy and pleased with all aspects from the delivery to the set up and the way it runs not to mention the design is quite appealing also. This PC was very pretty and it ran great, until it just stopped working after I'd had it for less than a day. I received it on a Friday and spent that evening setting everything up. By Saturday afternoon, it couldn't even boot into Windows. Instead I got an error message saying that there's no valid information for an operating system. Since Skytech did not provide me with any installation media, or even the OEM key for the Windows digital license, I had no access to recovery tools and there was absolutely nothing I could do to try to repair the OS myself. Skytech's tech support is only available Monday through Friday 9 to 5, when I, like many other people, am at work. And even if I were available during those hours, Skytech's own FAQ includes "Why can’t I get in touch with a human during customer service hours?" There were other red flags I should have heeded before the PC died. First, there was no sort of quick start guide or anything included with the PC, meaning I had to figure out which screws to remove and how to open the case without damaging it to be able to remove the packing material, which isn't as straightforward as you might think. Second, this PC was clearly used by someone else before it was sold to me. One of the rubber feet was loose and had debris attached to it's adhesive, the accessories' bags had already been torn open, and there were scuff marks on the case. Third, although the Amazon listing said it would come with Windows 11 installed, it actually had Windows 10. Lastly, although all the photos on the Amazon listing showed a black case, the one I received was white. (This last one I'll take partial blame for. Deep in the specs on the Amazon listing it does say "Color: White." But why not use photos that represent what you're selling?) Overall, not a fun experience. I was all excited to set up my new rig, and instead I had to pack it all back up and lug it to the UPS Store. I thought I was getting a good deal, now I see why they were selling these at such a deep discount. At least I got my refund without having to argue over it. ... show more

Ran a couple games, like Warzone 2, FFXIV and others, this PC ran absolutely nice. In wazone 2 my FPS in a game was around 140- 170+ FPS. FFXIV ran like a beast. The PC itself is extremely quiet. Looks amazing. The only problem I had was that one of the fans wasn't running so I have/had to fix it myself. One of the screws on the mother board wasn't placed, so I had to find and screw it back in. The unboxing came with back up screws, wiring and more. Visually on my 32" 165hz QHD 1440p monitor everything looked very crispy clean. So, had the PC for a few days and I don't regret getting this tower. ... show more
