Like others, I was skeptical of a company I’ve never heard or purchased from before. TL;DR this USA company is legit. Buy with confidence. My PC came with everything as described in the product page including the random 2080Ti which I ended up with a very basic Asus 2080Ti reference card. The build was clean except for them using zip ties to keep the cables clean. Odd because they gave me the included Velcro strips that comes with the awesome Lian Li case. They packaged the PC well to support the components inside the PC and it even comes with a bag to cover the entire case which was a nice touch. The PC turned on with no problems. The only thing I did have to do was go into the bios to set the XMP profile for the RAM clock to 3600 (auto setting) because the 3900x CPU runs better at that clock speed. Back to the gpu that came with my rig. I saw some reviewers got lucky and their rig came with an Asus ROG Strix 2080Ti which is far better than the Asus Turbo I got. I emailed Skytech and they were willing to either give me a $100 refund or I can ship my gpu with their provided 2-day shipping label and they’d ship me the Strix. Of course I went with the Strix which after I shipped the original gpu, was delivered to me within 5 days. Needless to say their customer service went above and beyond. Side note. Their twitter page seemed dead for a few years but I tweeted them pics of my rig to show my appreciation and ever since, their page has been active and even responded to my tweet. I highly vouch for this company and I hope to see their business continue to strive and grow. Lastly, the PC has been running great. Eats everything I throw at it. I bought this PC as a solution for streaming and gaming with one PC. When I play Warzone at max setting with ray-tracing on, I get anywhere between 150-200+ FPS in 1080P. In ultrawide I’m still able to get 90-130fps. If streaming and gaming at same time, expect to lose 30+FPS which makes sense depending on the quality of the stream you choose to run. I use streamlabs OBS at x264 medium settings which is basically the best quality and is why it’s taxing on the frames. Worth it for me. Other games like Doom Eternal get up to 300+FPS. Control with RTX on 70-90fps. Basically, this thing is a beast. Expensive? Yes. But it will last you for many years and I priced the components as if I was to build the same pc and it’s pretty much the same price. I went with this pre-built since I wanted peace of mind and I also purchased the 3 year warranty from Amazon which was only $60.     • Wow! Big, beautiful, and powerful
I have been gaming for many years and have only recently been getting into the higher-end pc gaming market. I was upgrading from an $800 acer desktop that I had had for three years; it had a GTX 1060 3gb graphics card. I was looking for something that not only had a graphics card that could run games on ultra, but I was also looking for a high-end processor and pc that looked good, you know what I mean – lots of RGBs! I don’t know much about building computers so that wasn’t an option. I spent months researching the pc that would work for me and I almost went with an Alienware desktop, but I didn’t like the price of the 3-year warranty. I then started researching on amazon and found this beast of a computer. It had everything that I wanted except the processor was not by intel, I now know that that didn’t make any difference; the Ryzen 9 3900X is a FAST processor. Shipping took about 8 or 9 days and it arrived in a huge box. OMG this thing was massive. The setup was not too difficult, just had to get some packaging out of inside of the computer which isn’t too hard. My only complaint was that there was no first time set up instructions inside the box. Instead there was a link to their site that told you what to do. I will also mention that this came with several extra wires and power cables just in case you want to add something later. There are a couple of switches on the back that you need to turn on as well but after that just press the button on the front and be amazed at the site of so much RGB. I have now had this PC for more than a week and OMG it is beautiful. It runs all of my newer 2020 games at Ultra or high settings at 60 FPS or more. The colors and textures are beautiful on my acer predator monitor. Load times are extremely fast with the Samsung SSD. I only had 3 main complaints, and these are minor, or I have been able to fix them. For whatever reason the light to the power button on the front of the computer flickers a little but that doesn’t bother me, kind of looks cool actually. The fans can get loud when playing high end games, but I expected that and nothing that high end speakers can’t block off. And lastly some of the light on the motherboard didn’t go out when I turned the pc off, but I was able to fix that by tweaking with a setting in the boot menu, there’s a YouTube video on it and its super easy. Overall this is a fantastic PC for this price and is very good quality for a prebuilt PC. Anything else that I have found with similar parts has been way more than what this cost. I also would recommend getting amazons $60 3-year warranty to add some extra protection to such an expensive system. Have fun with high end gaming on this PC! ... show more

I received it and was satisfied with the purchase till the power supply went out on it like 5 days after receiving it. I contacted Skytech which by the way has no one available to talk to on weekends or after hours. You also have to fill out the info on there website for someone to call you back. This is the only way you will talk with someone. I did receive a call back the same day so I was impressed that they contacted me in a timely matter. They did have me ship the unit back and was told they would be getting more power supplies in around the middle of July. I’ve been waiting on my unit to ship back to me now for about a month now which I told them would be fine. I just hope I’ll be getting it back soon. The few days I did get to play on it was great. I’ll update this review once I get the unit back. Update on situation. Power Supplies we’re going to take additional time to get after already waiting like a month. I decided to just get my refund back and build my own. Amazon refunded my money with in 2 days. Thank You Amazon for taking care of business in a timely manner. ... show more
