Overpriced and slow. The computer is super slow and lags a lot for simple tasks like opening a word document or moving the mouse. Buttons don’t work and customer service is a joke. It’s a very expensive cheap computer. *Update* I bought it in March of 2025 and I am writing this as of September 2025. It has been a constant battle with issues. I've spoken to "customer service" several times and they claim Window's updates are to blame. The keyboard paint is wearing off already, it no longer has the option to connect to Wi-Fi- customer service's suggestion was to use an ethernet cable- the usb ports do not work consistently, and I've given up calling customer service because he doesn't seem to care what the issue is, just shifting blame as to why it's not faulty hardware. I wish I could return it and be done with it. ... show more

First, it came one day early, second came in two boxes (amazon outside, Skytech Nebula box inside. Packaged amazing, placed in a fabric bag with proper protection. My biggest worry was components inside the case shifted. I was pleasantly surprised to find foam inside packed inside the case to prevent movement. I plugged everything in and it worked first time ready for Windows 11 install. Very impressed with the quietness of the fans and the display of the case. Magnetic vents on the outside make it easy to clean. Beautiful soft glowing lights give it a futuristic feel. Very well done! And as a bonus it came with keyboard and mouse! ... show more

This is a great intermediate level desktop. It’s not hush quiet but it works so smoothly. I did have to purchase additional adapters because it lacks ports but i was able to make it work.
