I'll explain what is good, what is bad, and my final thoughts. Pros: Packaging was great (no damage while shipping). Nvidia 3070 is more than enough for gaming. 1Tb NVMe storage is super quick. AIO cooler and fans keep the CPU and GPU temperatures down even under heavy loads (mostly Ark Survival Evolved). More slots for extra RAM in the future, and mounting spots for other hard drives. Looks super dope! Cons: AIO Cooler has some air bubbles in it so it makes a fizzing noise (still works as intended though and the air bubbles can be removed). Case is super heavy, like really heavy, so keep that in mind if you change layouts of your rooms and such. There was a ziptie poking out of the seems on one of the glass side panels, but was easily snipped down shorter. Not super apparent what you should check for when you receive the computer like is everything connected, is the AIO cooler working as intended, etc. (But I think they assume you would check everything anyways) Had to download Nvidia control panel, download the latest GPU drivers, and run windows updates (but that is standard when you get any new computer usually) Final Thoughts: A lot of people are skeptical of prebuillt PCs, including myself. I much prefer building my own, but I needed a new computer sooner rather than later. Considering that Skytech not only has the new 3000 series GPUs from Nvidia in their computers, but the one I have in mine is made by MSI, it makes the buy worth it in that regard. This computer is more than enough to play (so far) any games on the highest or nearly the highest settings. The build quality on this computer is actually better than anything I could have done myself, and there is extra room for upgrades. Well worth the price to have a fully functional power house of a computer shipped to me. Oh and as far as 4k gaming is concerned, I don't have a monitor capable of running at that or any experience with 4k gaming, so I cannot review this computer about that.     • Pros and Cons of an overall great machine so far

Pros: I received this PC on 12/17/20 which was six days ahead of estimated shipping so that is a big positive. They put a 850W power supply instead of a 750W which was a nice bonus. CPU fans were set to the correct directions out of the box. All cables were connected properly. So far it has been completely silent. I need to test it with a more demanding game, but I can't even hear it running and everything has stayed cool through minor gaming so far. Cons: The board IO panel was shifted just enough that my cables could not connect to it. It was an easy fix, but still something to note. I did not receive the keyboard with this computer, however customer support is sending one to me and has been speedy in response so far. Cable management was not atrocious, but still could've been better. Overall things have gone well so far and I am satisfied with both the build quality of this PC and the customer support with the issues I have had. I would definitely recommend it given the uptick in cost and inability to get some of the components of this exact build.     • Keeps shutting off. No real support even though its under warranty.

The computer has a very intermittent issue where it shuts off and comes back on. Skytech wants me to send it into them for repair but I need the computer for work. They will not lend me a computer to use in the mean time. The issue only happens a few times a month, so I know they will have my computer for a long time or they will just send it back saying there is nothing wrong with it. My fear is that after it is out of their one year warranty what ever is causing this issue will go completely out and I will be SOL. I asked if they could maybe extend my warranty so that way I can just keep using the computer until what ever is wrong go's completely out but they refused. Don't buy Skytech computers is my recommendation. ... show more

I don't normally leave reviews but I have to for this. Overall, the computer itself and the keyboard work fine, but the mouse malfunctioned after only two days of using it. I even plugged it into a different computer just to make sure it wasn't the desktop. This has never happened before even with my cheap mouse. If you see this mouse avoid it. It's pretty looking but I'll stick to Logitech from now on. This would have been five stars, but I took off two since that's how many days the mouse lasted. ... show more

The only problem i had with the system was the nvme solid state was corrupted and not bootable and the customer support unfortunately has not sent the replacement but its not there fault entirely cause of the fact they had a stay at home order shortly after I received the computer
