This pc was shipped to me in perfect condition and excellently packaged to protect mainly the gpu and other important components. I was pretty much able to to plug and play this thing with no problems whatsoever. Already comes preinstalled software to help control and customize the rgb lights inside the case. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and even though shelling out over 3k for a pc sounds expensive, it was still a very good deal if you take into account the ridiculous price hikes of ddr5 ram and compare prices from individual components assembled in this build. Great air flow, solid performance and amazing attention to detail equaling stunning in game quality. I have no complaints and the SI techs preconfigured the BIOS to have the overclocks you would expect like enabling Expo or XMP to have max transfer speeds on your RAM. I Have been using this pc on triple a titles and it performed very well, it is quite a huge case though so take that into consideration when ordering for placement on or around your desk setup. ... show more

Good system for a good deal. It's very quick and what I need for my gaming. I'm able to run a vast majority of games at max settings in 1440p at 120hz refresh rate. It's very quiet and very good build quality. My only issue was the onboard Ethernet port was faulty causing connection issues. I fixed it by just getting a USB to Ethernet adapter and now my speeds are perfect. Minor inconvenience and not enough for me to be upset by. ... show more

Very Pleased with the build so far. Only gripe was it was single boxed. That said the PC was hand delivered to me as I was in the garage when it arrived. PC was packed very well inside the box. Expansion foam and high density foam kept all parts safe in transit. Unit was covered in a really nice dust bag that I continue to use while it's not in use. Upon inspection, everything was hooked up with no loose ends. Came with a nice folder with info on starting up and warranty with additional marketing material from Skytech. Computer fired up with out a hitch. Fan noise was, for me, pretty quiet although when gaming it does pick up but I don't hear it as my volume for games is up or I have headphones on. My game of choice is Star Citizen, which is a glutton for ram and with 64gb it runs pretty well although as of this writing I've only gone through and done setup as game had an update. Other games I will be playing or played are BF 2042; Hell Let Loose; and GTA TheRedLegionRP server. Value wise, while you could DIY it for less, but, for how much less I don't know as 5080 GPU's are selling way above MSRP on the open market so it's debatable. Is there anything different I'd like to see... Maybe a 1000wt power supply vs. the advertised 850wt. I could see this pc peaking that output depending on settings and loads. In closing if you have the expendable income and don't really want to source all the parts and then build it yourself, Skytech gives you good value and it ships pretty quickly. ... show more

I normally build my own PC's but I figured I'd take the easy way out this time so I could avoid finding all the drivers, flashing bios, and making sure all the parts work together. Well was I mistaken... I picked this one because it looks good on paper. They used all the trash parts they could find. I have 2gig internet at my house currently and while most people don't need 2g internet, my old PC can pull all 2.2 gigs through ethernet. This is one is capped at 1g ethernet controller and even that didn't work. Spent all day on the phone with the company and ended up having to do all the drivers and flash bios anyway only for them to get up and ask me to send it back the day it gets to my house. The support team were all nice and I can say they all seemed knowledgeable, you just cant fix a broken MOBO through the phone. It's a beautiful case and looks really good but the parts are all garbage. I had purchased the warranty with this item and spoke to them on the phone as well, they had no idea how to fix this thing and suggested I get a replacement. I didn't even get one day out of it so I've decided to just build my own with better parts, although it likely wont be as pretty. Side note, why does a 4TB NVMe come with 3.5 TB? Such a rip off for 500 gigs missing. ... show more
