I bought this to replace a desktop I had been using for about 15 years. My main goal was running Creo smoothly and doing some casual gaming, and this system has delivered on both. It was very easy to set up and get running. Everything worked right away without any hassle. Creo loads quickly and runs smoothly, which was my top priority. For fun, I installed Crysis from my old collection and it handled ultra settings with no problems. That was a nice surprise. The included keyboard and mouse were better quality than I expected, and the overall build feels well put together. I was especially glad to see a solid 650W Gold power supply included, since that’s often something people worry about with prebuilts. Another unexpected bonus was that my unit shipped with a higher-tier graphics card than I originally anticipated, which was a nice perk. If there’s one small downside, it’s that like most prebuilt systems, you’re paying for convenience and assembly. Honestly? I was hella skeptical about buying my streaming PC on Amazon & from this company but after some research and trust, it’s turned out to be a great decision. Albeit, I use an Elgato to capture my game activity on this PC and transfer it to a different PC. When trying to play BG3 and stream to twitch and have OBS open, I was getting about 35 FPS, which is pretty awful. It would jump between 15, 25, 35, and sometimes linger at 50fps before dropping again. So this can’t handle all of that at once without definitive lag. However! If you’re only gaming on this PC & no streaming or have a multi-device stream setup (like elgato) this PC is a powerhouse. I’m getting 120fps playing BG3 on Ultra and 0 lag. It’s also fully customizable so you can remove outdated graphics cards and replace with newer models. The fans keep the PC temp at a very low temperature and I’ve had 0 issues. It’s beautiful and it works awesome. I highly recommend this. If you’re doing a single PC setup for streaming and playing graphic intense games like BG3 + twitch streaming + OBS you’re going to want to get a higher end model with more processing power, higher graphics and more RAM. The ONLY complaint I have is that the graphics card is only hooked up to one HDMI port on the tower, so you have to be creative if you’re trying to connect an elgato. It’s frustrating how new computer keeps having problems, it keeps freezing, restarting by its own, updating by its own right after it has been updated. Contacted tech support, they told me to do health check I’ve done the steps and I have done it many times. Some hours work okay and then does it again. Put 5 year warranty on this and I’m probably returning this. ... show more

For a little over $1k, this absolutely is a must buy for starting out. Ray tracing, plenty of storage, ample ram for multitasking, ports for days, and a decent GPU and CPU to boot. Got exactly what I purchased except I was given a 5060 instead of the 4060... So huge win. Included keyboard had an issue with one of the keys but going through skytech said they'll hook me up with a replacement. Do yourself a favor and purchase this dude. You won't regret it. And yes, the case is plenty huge for upgrades when the time comes. ... show more

I purchased this computer with high expectations, largely based on the glowing reviews here and on other trusted sites. Visually, it’s an impressive machine—the internal lighting is tasteful and customizable, and the overall design is sleek and modern. It’s also exceptionally quiet and offers ample connectivity, with eight USB ports and a micro USB port conveniently placed on the top. The storage capacity is more than sufficient for my needs, and when the system was functioning, it delivered stunning graphics and excellent performance. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by persistent technical issues from the moment I powered it on. I encountered the blue screen of death during the initial setup, and it continued to crash multiple times over the next two days. More critically, the computer froze every few minutes, requiring a hard shutdown each time. No amount of waiting or troubleshooting resolved the issue. It’s entirely possible that I received a faulty unit rather than a reflection of the product’s overall quality. For that reason, I’ve rated it two stars. I believe this could be a fantastic computer under normal circumstances—but sadly, it simply did not work for me. I’ve chosen to return it. ... show more
