Not only is this a beautiful machine, but the games run beautifully on it! And it was so super easy to set up and get started (I'm the least tech savvy millennial ever). It has the same processor as my laptop but runs everything so much more smoothly and in much, much better quality (not to mention way quicker!)Not only that though, but my streams have gone up in quality too! They were running at 480p on laptop and they're now up to 720p!! This PC is the absolute best way to get the most bang for your buck, especially if you're on a budget like I was. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Admittedly there was a slight issue with my Windows 10 activation key being "non-genuine". But the customer service team at SkyTech had it resolved in literally 5 minutes. They were super polite and super helpful. The only minor (emphasis on MINOR) set back is that the fans are a little on the loud side. Not very noticeable overall, but can be picked up by the mic at times, so just something to keep in mind if you stream (like myself). I've had this machine for 3 weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. It came packaged well, no dents or scratches, and worked beautifully right out of the box. I've had no issues running any game. I'm a pretty light gamer, I just don't have the time to invest in playing games all the time, but when I do play I want everything running smoothly. My laptop just wasn't doing the trick. I guess this machine would be considered an entry level gaming rig, but I can't see myself needing anything more powerful. I did look at a couple of other machines that had higher specs, but I settled on the Blaze II because I didn't really need anything more than what's offered here. I thought the mouse and keyboard that came with it would be mostly throw away stuff, not decent quality, but I was wrong. They are not top of the line input devices, but they are pretty darn good and I'm actually using them. I read most of the reviews here before buying this and I remember something about there being no onboard bluetooth, so I bought a bluetooth dongle along with it. That little bit of info is wrong. This machine DOES have bluetooth and it works beautifully. No disconnects, no lag. The thing that surprised me the most though is how quiet it is. It has a very low, nearly inaudible hum. I listen to music most of the time while I'm using the computer and I can't hear the machine at all. Right this second as I type this review it's running, there's no music playing, and it's just a very low hum of the fans I hear. To be expected I guess but most definitely not even approaching loud. I waited a few weeks before reviewing to make sure I can give an accurate review, and honestly to look for flaws. I'm happy to say I've found none. ... show more

I will update after more use, but for now this is my views. I love it. It came 3 days early and I was really nervous for my first pc and I was worried it wasn’t good. It runs great, isn’t loud and easy to set up. The instructions are amazing and simple. I got it set up quickly. Downloaded the main things I need and will do more later but I love it already. I played on it for a few hours and was amazed of how clear the gameplay is and how smooth it runs. I can stream, have discord open and play games all at once. It is a powerful pc. It even came with a keyboard and mouse and a $10 gift card for Amazon. I rated it 5 stars because I saw no cons about it. It seems like the perfect pc for anyone at a great price. The PC is amazing. It runs most games I have good, for example Minecraft I get close to 1k fps, for fortnite it’s not the greatest you’ll probably get 60 FPS the highest. The noise level is also very low in my opinion. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THE STORAGE!!! IN THREE DAYS(came in on the 10 of October) AND IM ALREADY FULL!! That’s why I gave 4 out of 5 stars cause of how small the storage is This is being made at April 4 and the storage is a lot better without even changing it, all I did was uninstall all the games I don’t play, it stills runs games good but of course not the best I still recommend buying ... show more

    • Perfect beginner prebuilt for gaming and streaming

For an entry level gaming PC this thing is amazing! Keep in mind it is my first rodeo gaming on a PC but I haven't been disappointed with the Blaze II. I was hesitant with only 8GB Ram, but figured I could always upgrade ( which I just recently did to 16gb). The computer arrived 2 days before the last estimated day, packaged neatly in styrofoam without any damage. The set up instructions were super easy, and it took less than 10minutes to get it plugged in and operating. Turns out they built it after I ordered, meaning that it isn't carelessly mass produced over seas. It runs all the games I have thrown at it on high settings including Apex Legends. When I stream (720p) I usually turn the graphics down to avoid dropping frames. I actually enjoy the keyboard over my old one, however I switched out the mouse after a day. But hey that stuff is all a bonus. Overall, if you are looking to get into gaming I highly recommend this prebuilt. It is quick and snappy and has taken everything I have thrown at it. I do also advise that you read up about PC specs and components, it really helped me make my decision and know what I can upgrade down the road. ... show more

I purchased this computer for my son. We have had it about a week, and was really problematic. There was an issue that caused the computer to spontaneously and sporadically shut down. This happened daily without warning. I contacted Amazon support and they tried to connect me to the manufacturer support, but they did not respond. The Amazon support person really struggled with his communication skills. So, I was originally not a happy customer. However, the manufacturer customer support got in touch with me and scheduled a tech support call. The tech support person called me on time and worked for about an hour installing drivers and checking the GPU and CPU. He is even sending out a new RAM stick just I case it is an undiagnosed memory issue. This guy rescued my satisfaction with the computer. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to work through things with me. So, now I am quite satisfied. I will post an update in a few days. Update 4/7/22 - We did the RAM addition, not replacement, because they ended up giving us the additional RAM stick. Everything has worked well. My son is happy, so this has turned out to be a really good purchase. We are very satisfied. ... show more

My son needed a decent gaming PC to play some of his games. We ordered this computer and it has been great so far. It was packed very well. It was inside a protective sleeve bag that I can use again, very easy instructions for setup that even my 10 year old could follow and setup himself. He was able to play all his games including the new Minecraft Dungeons, which was the main reason for this computer purchased. This computer is very fast as well as not loaded with lots of junk software. The case is very durable and the look is clean. PC worked great for two days. Would give it 5 stars but the heatsink has been an issue. Heat sink started clicking and squealing badly on day 3. Have reached out to support and sent video. Haven't heard back in a few days and contacted a few times. Will update the review once I hear back from tech support and update star review once this has concluded. Update 2: heatsink has completely died and computer will not function now. No response from seller after multiple emails regarding issue.
