The 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM was a bit underwhelming, but was easily corrected by installing another 16GB kit. My son loves this computer for fortnight and Roblox he said it’s super fast with no lagging or overheating. He’s 12 and right out of the box it was plug and play with zero issues. The lighting is so cool and bright. When the computer was first brought to me it was amazing. Everything was in top condition, and they did their best to protect the computer. Running games, this computer is a beast. it can run any game 70fps+ which is very good for someone like me who barely manages to get 10 fps on a laptop. HOWEVER, there's a huge problem with the audio. The audio is distorted or no sound at all when aux cords are connected to the pc. I tried looking at these reviews to see if they had a similar problem but unfortunately, no one wrote a review on this specific PC. Or maybe I didn't see Idk, but the point is that I didn't see any reviews with this problem. I tried my best to try to fix it even contacting support, but no one knew what the problem was. I will be either getting my money back or replacing it for a new one. In conclusion, if you only have Bluetooth headphones or speakers then this is the pc for you, since Bluetooth works.
