This was a major upgrade for me and the PC rocks! The system came packaged very well, and even though the box had a few dents there was foam beneath all the dented areas. I had no worries about the PC. The PC was also stuffed with shaped foam bags inside the unit, and the graphic card came with a removable support Which was high visibility and obviously needed to be removed prior to use. I’ve been using the system now for about six months and it works flawlessly… thank you Skytech for an amazing experience!! Very satisfied with quality, value and delivery! ... show more

In years past, getting a prebuilt pc was always a gamble on quality. But I am very pleased with the quality of the build. It was shipped across the country, and was nervous about such a delicate machine shipped so far. But Skytech did a great job with packaging and making sure no components were damaged. The PC also had bracing material inside the PC itself which gave me peace of mind. Normally I build my own pc and source the parts myself. But with the market today of GPU prices, this prebuilt is the best deal out there. PC runs every game you throw at it on the highest settings. I do allot of sim racing, with triple monitors at 1440p. My 3070 gpu only got 80fps and would sometimes drop even more. But this PC I am getting 180+ fps, its a total game changer. I would also like to add, the GPU support tool is not preinstalled. This makes sense because it is a magnetic support that would probably come loose during shipment. But they do include it in the box, and if you order this, make sure you install that support bracket asap because the GPU is so heavy it will sag. It is not a issue with Skytech at all, but I am not sure why MSI or Nvidia does not include the screw in GPU bracket. The screw in kind are way more stable and give a bigger piece of mind about the longevity of your PCI connection and GPU. My 3080 came with one a few years ago. The one included is just a magnetic stick pretty much that unscrews for more height. Just feels cheap for a GPU that is such high end. Again that is not the fault of Skytech. Overall, if you want to upgrade your PC, but like me can't justify building yourself because of component prices. Go with this, you wont be disappointed. ... show more

I understand that sometimes you can received bad or defective PC parts brand new from the factory, I have no issue with that. I do however have an issue with Skytech's customer service. We wife received her PC and everything was great for about 3 days. The PC would not show a display on her monitors. Did the very obvious first 20 steps of troubleshooting. Installed my old 2080 SUPER and everything worked just fine. Skytech of course will send a replacement with a deposit, totally fine these parts are pricey. We receive the new 5080 and the problem still exists. We spoke to one tech who was helpful and double checked our troubleshooting. We decided based on their suggestion to try a new power supply. They definitely cheaped out there by not sending a modular power supply. Still, ran to BestBuy to grab a new one to verify 100%. New powersupply in and neither 5080 is showing a display however my old 2080 Super is running like a champ. After talking to a new customer service agent we expressed how upset we are having been in the hole over $4,000 on this PC and it still isn't working. We were told we can send a new deposit for a new 5080 or we can send it in and wait over a month for it to be repaired. Spending two thirds of the cost of the build in deposits for replacement parts is unreasonable, and when we asked for our pc to be expedited since we've been working with them to make this work, we were told we were not priority. As of now I cannot recommend this brand. I understand components can be faulty but at the very least treat your customers with some sort of dignity since they've paid thousands of dollars and still don't have a working product. If you're using one of their PC's and have no issues that is wonderful. However, if you end up having any issues expect to not be taken care of in the slightest. Be prepared for your emails to be unread, to spend more money, to waste weeks of your time, and to be told you're not a priority. ... show more
