Sky Tech Gaming: No issues. Packaging was Top Notch for sure. This came all the way to my Army base on South Korea through APO with no issues or damage. Comes in a nice bag too. Has foam inside and out for protection (remember to open glass and remove the foam) Very clean set up inside. Has a very easy plug and play bay set up in the back for the expansions. LED light and fans would not boot but after a little investigation it says they come loose during shipment. I opened looking at computer face on the right side (not glass side). There are some very small wire plugs. I just re-plugged them in, turned on the computer again and all worked. RGB has many settings for the light shows of your preference. The fan system also has a button to turn up the case fan speeds if you want. I play Destiney 2 and this computer is just fine for that. My son tried Call of Duty on it and put the computer through its paces. It worked fine. This 3070 GPU is more than enough for the basic gamers. All the smoking mirror talk about an i5 not being able to handle the games by processing the 3070 GPU requirements is B.S. for mid level gamers. Works great and stays cool. ... show more

    • Bought twice, will refund twice
I bought one in August and was happy because YAY! NEW PC! Ran really smoothly out the box, upgraded to 240hz monitor, for the first time I could play on max quality graphics without frame lag and seeing the games I frequent but in a different way was eye-boggling. The downside? The entire month that I had with the PC was spent on trying to fix the random blue screens. (Happened since Day 1). I tried updating drivers I thought were outdated, updated the PC to the newest version, waiting to see if the PC would crash(and it would), then searching online for more solutions. Had to refund it before the refund deadline hit. But I still liked the PC so I bought another one with the money I had gotten back. Same issue. Right out the box, endless blue screens. Maybe I'm just unlucky and both PCs just coincidentally had memory issues. I put it back in two days after I've had it and I'm going to refund it. This one might be a nitpick but for some reason the metal in the back of the case where all the USBs are supposed to get plugged into was slightly warped on arrival. (Like it was pushed outwards instead of being flat) Edit: The Windows version that came with this PC is so broken that even factory reset won't fix the issues. This is such an incredibly stressful experience that I hope no one has to go through since I hate dealing with computer issues AND I hate having to troubleshoot how to factory reset a PC that won't factory reset. ... show more

After many searches of PC on Amazon, Bustbuy, and Neweggs, I think this PC from Skytech is pretty good for purchase. Pros: i5 12600K + Navida 3037 (Gigabytes) is pretty nice for this price. White case is really cool, with good feeling. It also has white AIO liquid cooler, which make this pc looks wonderful. The efficiency of PC is good upon now, and don't find problems on any hardware. Cons: 650W PSU may be not enough, better to replace for 700W+. Motherboard is Gigabyte B660, fine but doesn't support overlock of CPU, especially for 12600K included. RAM is 16GB Oloy DDR4 3200 (Raider B-21). Not well-known brand. I couldn't find this type (Raider B-21 with 3200 HZ) on web. Most of Oloy Raider B-21 are 3000HZ and 2666HZ, make it little hard to upgrade to 32GB by yourselves. I just find they make a $200 coupon for this product (meaning just $1600 for this PC). Little sad because I spend 1800 (without taxes) to buy it. But I find that they eliminate the "AIO liquid cooler" in the description. So, I guess they will only supply air cooler for this product (as picture shown). Overview: I want to say the overall of this product is great, with good quality, price, and looks. Currently all work well, and I will update if any hardware faces problem. I can say you cannot find much of the equivalent PC currently with the same price and quality (especially you buy it with $200 coupon, sadly don't get it). ... show more

    • Good computer but NOT the motherboard or Ram.
So there's a good reason why they don't publicize the motherboard. The motherboard is relatively cheap and very limited for upgrades. I had issues upgrading the Ram because the motherboard wouldn't handle DDR4 "3600hz", so I had to go back to the unknown Ram - Oloy. You can't overclock i5 or any CPU because the board can't handle it. The RGB front board wasn't working at all (front top buttons). I had to open the back case to find the RBG controller panel crushed with some cables unplugged and some pins bent. After fixing it I was able to use RGB lights on the computer. NOTE: you can't synchronize the RBG case lights with the inside motherboard RGB lights. The cable that needs to be plugged into the RGB controller panel can't be plugged in because of the PIN count. Yes, gigabyte boards are weird like that, purposely of course. If not for i5 (lacks overclock), RTX 3070, and my SSD upgrade WD_BLACK 2TB SN850 NVMe this computer would fall short because of the motherboard and ram. Would I recommend it? the computer is good but the motherboard lacks upgradeability, if you are ok with that then buy it, you'll like it. I'm keeping this computer until all new hardware comes out and the scalpers are done, then I'll make a serious upgrade. ... show more

my major complaint with this pre-bulit is that the psu gave out after about 15 months and it is the first time i had an issue with a skytech pre-bulit, other then that it was the best running pc i ever had
