I've had this PC for about a year now, and I've had some issues after just 2 months. The LEDs stopped working (every one of them), and one of the fans runs really slow to the point it clicks and becomes extremely loud. Half of the time, the fan just stops completely, so it's constantly flip-flopping between silent and extremely loud and annoying. That was after 2 months. Now, a year after purchasing, another fan has done the same thing. It's a powerful machine for the price, but don't get your hopes up about having a cool looking perfect PC. I've tried everything to get these fixed myself through updates, BIOS changes, different LED control software...nothing works. I have had an incredibly loud PC since very soon after purchasing. I've ensured all the cables that are plugged in are indeed plugged in tightly, but nothing changes. Due to the fans not working correctly, there are some heat management issues. I don't know if it's because the power supply isn't strong enough to power the fans, or if it was incorrectly put together by the company. I bought a pre-built PC because I figured everything would be perfect. I've never messed with LEDs so I was really excited when I got it. It's too bad it doesn't have the longevity I thought it would. Additionally, the ports on the back of the PC to connect things into such as USB and other ports, etc., is not mounted correctly, so one entire side of the ports is unable to be used. Pretty frustrating. It's not all bad. It has great cable management and it's a pretty powerful PC for the money compared to other pre-built PCs. You can of course build your own for cheaper, but this was the most powerful PC I found at this price mark (1 year ago). I can run most games at near-max settings. Starfield runs fine (but PC gets VERY hot because of the fans), Planet Zoo, Cyberpunk 2077, etc... The only thing that needed an upgrade was the RAM because it did not have enough to be able to run these games smoothly out of the box. If I'd have known this was going to be the issues I encountered with this PC, I'd have saved up a couple hundred more dollars to get a better one.
