The computer was dead on first start up. Couldn't get the video to work. Spent hours of troubleshooting the technician. Then they didn't allow me to exchange a new one, even though, they have the same item available in stock because the price is now more expensive.

Love the PC. it got here veery fast and on time. Tech support was a great help when i found out 1 of the Ram sticks were bad. They Quickly sent me 2 brand new sticks no problem! Seriously, Skytech is a great system integrator.
