This is my first PC I’ve owned, and probably will be for a long time. I was honestly wary of the idea of buying a prebuilt but this simply blew my expectations away. The case is sleek and nice and the RGB is honestly so much better than the photos made it out to be. I've had this PC for about three months and it was such an amazing purchase. It's my first gaming PC, and I have not been disappointed whatsoever. It came INCREDIBLY well packaged. It runs every game I've downloaded on medium to high settings with absolutely no issues. Games I've played include Fortnite, Valorant, Apex Legends and even Baldur's Gate 3 (act 3 included, high graphics settings) with no lag. It came with a mouse and keyboard, I already had a gaming mouse so I did not use the one that came with the computer, but I have used the keyboard with no issues. This is a great PC and its even better with my graphic design I don't know a lot about specs but if it can have multiple tabs open plus adobe with multiple tabs open I feel this is a great PC for me Im very happy with the price point and even happier with the graphics. I was skeptical about buying a pre-built off Amazon, but it's actually super good for its price! been playing some processor heavy games and streaming and it keeps up perfectly! it came with a matching mouse and keyboard too that's pretty cute and I've been using the keyboard! keyboard is ok, the white is starting to come off the keys after 4-5 months of use. so far no issues and I love it!! only thing is the rgb lighting on the CPU always stays this rgb rainbow and its kinda ugly low key but if you set your whole pc to rainbow it or static coloring I think it looks good ... show more

I purchased this computer with high expectations, largely based on the glowing reviews here and on other trusted sites. Visually, it’s an impressive machine—the internal lighting is tasteful and customizable, and the overall design is sleek and modern. It’s also exceptionally quiet and offers ample connectivity, with eight USB ports and a micro USB port conveniently placed on the top. The storage capacity is more than sufficient for my needs, and when the system was functioning, it delivered stunning graphics and excellent performance. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by persistent technical issues from the moment I powered it on. I encountered the blue screen of death during the initial setup, and it continued to crash multiple times over the next two days. More critically, the computer froze every few minutes, requiring a hard shutdown each time. No amount of waiting or troubleshooting resolved the issue. It’s entirely possible that I received a faulty unit rather than a reflection of the product’s overall quality. For that reason, I’ve rated it two stars. I believe this could be a fantastic computer under normal circumstances—but sadly, it simply did not work for me. I’ve chosen to return it. ... show more

its just really amazing. to anyone who wants to have pre built and in a budget price, this thing is perfect i promise u. its quiet its strong, doesnt heat so much and it was delivered very fast and in a good condition. so if u cant build ur own, why not try pre builts they are amazing
