Get it, or just build your own
had this computer for a couple months, it does it part into gaming, I change the cooling fan on the Cpu and got a nzxt Kraken and I had also change the ram and upgraded to two 16gb equaling to 32 etc... but other than that I really haven't had any problems, I had a couple of hiccups time to time, when the computer is turning back on, and I had to press the reset button.. But other than that, its working fine. If you're gonna base your thoughts on getting a prebuilt I would look around a little more, but if that the case you should just look into building your own. ... show more

Stops working well after a couple of months
I got this in January because it had a monthly offer on it for $265 a month for 5 months, and I really wanted a PC badly. It was working extremely well for the first 5 months but after that it stopped working as good as it did. A lot of problems were happening, and some games don't work, I have a lot of corrupt files from who knows where, and worst part, I can't open my settings to reset my PC. Can't reset my pc either in a different way I saw from a YouTube video. My settings DONT OPEN AT ALL. Better to get a custom build pc and buy all the parts and pay someone to build it for you then getting a prebuilt on AMAZON. ... show more

Nice computer with some issues
The first time I ordered this computer, it was never delivered. No explanation as to why, just 'a delivery exception occurred' and it's apparently on its way to Amazon . The second one arrived promptly and fairly well packaged. The issues: It only had a 500GB SDD, even though the description says it is a 1TB. Amazon says they will give me $50 promotional credit for the 'inconvenience'. Better than nothing, and I didn't want the hassle of trying to return it and ordering a third time. The second issue, the front headphone jack does not work. The rear one is fine, so at least I have audio. I'll be reaching out to support about this as well. Otherwise, I quite like this computer. The case is much nicer than I expected. It looks and feels well constructed. It's quiet and seems to be well ventilated. It would be nice if the LEDs could be turned off, but they aren't overly bright, and I kind of like the green. ... show more

Awesome and affordable
Pc arrived quickly, within 3 days of ordering. Very well packaged, shouldn’t have to worry much about transit. Instructions for set up were very easy to follow and I was up and running and gaming in about 30 minutes. Keyboard and mouse are nice touches, especially if you don’t want to go out and spend a fortune on name brand items! Would definitely recommend for affordable pc gaming. ... show more

Do not throw away any packaging it came in
Don't buy this at all don't even think about giving it a shot because most of the comments are good and just a couple are bad. When I got it it ran fine but that same day I got it it ran into an issue and had to restart. I thought no problem it's brand new just needs to be broken in. Fast forward 2 days it's done restart several times all with the same error message some poping up as soon as I start it up. Fast forward to less then a month since I got it and it won't even start up can't do anything but watch it restart over and over again because it won't load up windows now I'd understand if I'd play for hours at a time but I only play for max 2 hours don't even have much on it only 3 games which were COD, APEX and MineCraft didn't download anything from shady sites or even go on shady site. Really ruined the experience for me since it was my first PC got everything ready for it and now I'm stuck without either because of this PC. Hopefully the return process isn't as bad as the computer now I gotta take even more time to fine a new PC ... show more

Great prebuilt
Review Image by Brian Brian
Computer started up and all drivers were up to date. Updated to Windows 11 and never had any issues at all with this computer. It's fast and its put together much better than I probably could have done myself. I'm also not sure how people call this thing a hot box. My GPU never goes above 50c after 5 hours of gaming and I overclocked it (+150/+1000). CPU stays in the 45-55 range while gaming. I'll open the glass side and stick my hand around looking for hot spots and its cool everywhere. What I received: MSI Ventus 3x 3060, 2 8bg XPG Gammix D10 3200, WD Blue SN570, big Deepcool rgb cooler, Asrock motherboard. Motherboard has 4 total ram slots and 2 extra slots for lots of expandability. I got a much better cooler than the one in the pictures. ... show more

Customer Service Sucks
Computer is great and works well! Quality control and customer service sucked. Was given incorrect and smaller drive and was not able to get new part without shipping the old initially or the entire PC. Noted I needed it for work and therefore couldn't take the time to send it back. Unfortunate they were unable to compromise on an error on their part. Make sure you have the full invoice to send when you chat with them. Other than this, wonderful PC...just beware you may get the wrong stuff so keep your old items since they won't work with you. ... show more
