This PC has all the specs for a great starter PC. It came fully assembled--you do have to take out some foam on the inside, and it's very fragile so be careful! But all I had to do was plug it in and start personalizing it. As someone who only plays a few smaller games, it may not be best for big games that you want to run on maximum graphic settings, but it plays minecraft, sims 4, and most indie games very smoothly.     • This thing is junk, plain and simple.
The computer is slower than molasses in January at the North Pole. They include programming for Skytech Gaming but when you click on the "Support" icon on your home screen the 1st thing you see is a disclaimer that essentially tells you to piss off or you might face litigation if you try to get any kind of support from them. I quote: To our valued customers and the general public, In light of the increased volume of customer complaints, technical support requests, and various inquiries we’ve received, we wish to set the record straight: Skytech Gaming is not affiliated, associated, or in any way connected with either STGAuborn or SKYTECH USA LLC. It has come to our attention that some may be under the mistaken impression that we offer customer service, technical support, warranties, or returns for products associated with STGAuborn or SKYTECH USA LLC. We must clarify that any such inquiries directed to Skytech Gaming will be categorically rejected. We operate independently and do not share any partnerships or operational ties with these entities. For those who have purchased a product from STGAuborn or SKYTECH USA LLC or have any issues with their offerings, we urge you to reach out directly to the respective companies or the retailer from which you secured your purchase.     • Not what I thought it would be.
The description says 60+ FPS on games like Warzone and GTA5, but that hasn't been the case for me. It will occasionally hit 60, but for the most part it bounces between 40-50 FPS. Pretty disappointed, but I guess that's what you get for a pre-built PC. Maybe I don't have the settings correct, but I feel like if I'm buying something pre-built it should be ready to go when I first turn it on. I shouldn't have to mess with anything, except to install the games I want. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. ... show more

Item worked for 3 weeks then just stopped working. Customer service said pack it up and mail it back and their turnaround time was minimum 19 days. This is for s computer less then 4 weeks old.

I actually bought two of these pre-builds. I’ve mostly been very happy with them. The fans are quite noisy, but not too big of a deal. The cpu fan went out on one of them after about two months of use. No biggie, these things happen. So I try to call customer service. I was 83rd in line, so signed up for the return call. I also directly emailed customer service. I received no call that day, the next day, or the day after. I sent 4 additional emails as well, and have yet to this day gotten a response. I tried waiting on hold on the fourth day, for almost 3 hours, only to have the system answer and hang up on me. I tried to call AGAIN and signed up again for the return call and did the same with my wife’s number. What a surprise, no call back. So instead of getting a fan replaced with the warranty, I had to purchase a new one myself. And a side note, the rgb fan they include was not even hooked up. They ran the rgb source cable into the back of the case, and just left it unhooked. Both units were wired the same way. I think it’s very very clear that they have little to no interest, in giving even a little bit of effort with their customer service.     • I only crashed twice
I think I may have been too selfish with modding some of my games. Reducing render distance seemed to fix it though. Easily imported all of my files from my laptop, so no need to dig out my business USB to transfer everything! Lighting takes some work to figure out, but just be patient!

It is a overall great pc runs very well, is beautiful, easy to set up. One thing is its very loud it does not bother me but if you do not like noise look for a different one. Also comes with a mouse and keyboard.
