    • This is a REAL espresso machine.
It actually makes true espresso, unlike cheaper low pressure "espresso makers." It is compact but has a large enough reservoir that you aren't refilling it every other day. The only downside is it only makes one shot or double shot at a time. I just don't have the room for a bigger one. It is easy to set up. First use requires running water through it to get manufacturer gunk out of the lines and of course cleaning the internal surfaces. But that only took about 10 minutes. It does NOT come with a carafe. It works fast and was surprisingly quiet. I'm not sure why when running through first set up it seemed like a dud but just follow the instructions... it will work. It gives great tasting espresso. I can't wait to make a cappuccino. Get this one!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The espresso machine makes delicious espresso. It looks nice and matches our other black and silver kitchen appliances. But I have some problem with turning the handle. It doesn't go to the indicator line. Otherwise, it works well. It comes with a measuring spoon and 2 sizes of cups for espresso grounds. It's easy to clean the espresso machine. ... show more

This espresso machine is compact and simple to use. While it may not be like that of a top tier unit, I am able to enjoy a great tasting espresso right in the comfort of my home. This works extremely well for an at-home espresso machine and I'm super glad I picked it up even though I am not traditionally a coffee drinker. It definitely had a bit of a learning curve coming from a person who's never really used coffee-making devices but I was able to figure it out pretty easily in the end. The media could not be loaded. This is a very stylish espresso machine with a nice, small footprint. It will fit nicely on a kitchen counter without taking up too much space. However, you will need to pull it forward to access the water tank in the back. The machine comes with a small and a large capacity cup, a doser/tamper and well-written instructions. One thing that takes getting used to is the digital display and touch buttons. My first problem, after plugging it in, was to figure out how to turn it on. You have to touch the black front in just the right spot for the ON button. Then it warms up very quickly and is ready to go. The steaming wand is built-in and not removable, which might be a problem if you steam a lot of milk and want to deep clean it. The combination to get hot water is a little awkward and I wonder why they did not just add another setting to the button on the side. I like that you can program the amount of water it runs per single or double button. Overall, this is a nice machine that does not break the bank and looks way more expensive than it is. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now I am happily caffeinated whenever I need it. ... show more
