I bought it to get ahead of possible balance issues; I don't have them, and I'd like to avoid them. Your toes need not leave the trampoline. It feels more aerobic than expected and I like that. The cover comes already installed, which makes it cover the springs entirely. This is better than others, where the inner section of the springs are somewhat exposed.
