I've had thumb grips in the past. Normally, with designs that match my current joycons/switch cover. I recently purchased the Skyward Sword joycons and couldn't find any thumb grips that matched. I have to play with thumb grips, because the standard joystick is way too slippery. I was looking for plain thumb grips like these and had a hard time finding something that was well-priced and good quality. Not only is the quality FANTASTIC, it's better than any of the fancy design grips I've had in the past. AND you get THREE different types!!! I can very well see myself purchasing more of these products for other controllers/consoles in the future. My only suggestion is to offer more designs/colorways! These things rock! They fit perfectly on my Logitech G cloud and also on my Switch Lite. I was a bit nervous when purchasing as I was not sure how they would fit my two handhelds, especially cuz these are not technically designed for either. Nonetheless I was very pleasantly surprised when they fit both consoles effortlessly. They fit snug, they don’t move a tiny bit once in place. It takes 10 seconds to pop them in place.     • Concave shape just feels good and will update with how affects gam play
The concave shaped covers feel great your thumb just sits in them and while very comfortable also gives good grip. They were a little tough to get on because opposite side from where you start to flip down always rolls under itself and you have to start over but not too bad. An extra bonus was even though looks impossible they do also fit ps4 dualshock (actually easier to put on that then switch). I have not played enough to rate how they affect game play,if more accurate movements possible with added height will update. ... show more

These were easy to install and look great. I much prefer the feel of these to the smaller thumbsticks that come from the factory. They are very grippy and feel nice. Zero issues with them coming off as some other reviews mentioned. They fit directly over top of the original rubber thumb stick covers. The important thing is to make sure your original rubber pieces are in place and that these are fully seated all the way around the edge. ... show more

I would give it 10 stars it I could, I soooo happy with the overall experience that I can't barely say how much I love it without Sounding like a bot XD So I gonna tell my experience. I bought them because they were the only ones that have that little soft bend that merges with your fingertips and feels soft and nice to the touch. Seeing pictures, I was expecting something rough, but it feels way softer than it seems. I made a fully customized on my switch, and the part I was most hyped about was putting this thing on and they didn't let me down. They were as good as I could have thought. I didn't buy them just for the touch, I also bought them so my Switch would look better. So, if you are questioning if they will look good on an bended grip, then yes, they would. And that fps pro (Idk the name xD) Things are also incredible. I mean dont get my wrong is not like that they feel better in everything but in totk for example, you put the grip you already have on that Joy-Con on the chunky thing to have the double grip, and it's amazing. A chunky double grip on the right for better aiming and I don't even want to go back to how I was playing. It makes the base joystick feel like a cheaper copy. The only bad thing is that sometimes you have to remove the right grip to play games that don't use the right joystick (since it makes it harder to reach the ABYX buttons). But that's barely a problem, since they are good quality, and after all the times I've put them on and off, they still feel like new. A must buy in my opinion ... show more

Currently there are SO many gaming handhelds coming out, but most of them have Nintendo switch joycon joysticks and that is not the best experience. Though it keeps the devices compact, it is not very comfortable to use for hours at a time. Enter Skull & Co. Thumb Grips... These work on most of the handhelds where the joystick isn't recessed into the device, and if they are recessed then it effects the range of motion and makes the joysticks unusable. When the joysticks aren't recessed, these are SO nice to use! I was having a mediocre time with the sticks on my new Aokzoe A1 Pro, where they felt alright but you could tell there was some room for improvement. I added the CQC Elite thumb grips and now the joysticks feel very similar to my Xbox Elite controllers joysticks! That is an insane improvement for the cost of these joystick caps. These are compatible with quite a few of my devices due to being used for Nintendo switch joysticks. What I have tested them on so far: Aokzoe A1 Pro - Fully compatible AYN Odin Pro - Not compatible (fits but joysticks are too recessed) Nintendo Switch & Lite - Fully compatible (obviously, they are made for this) PSVita - Not compatible (joysticks are too small) So all-in-all, if these are compatible with your device and your joysticks are lacking, these are an incredible improvement. They won't fix all of your issues with a joystick, but they can make them more comfortable to play and help with the poor range of motion that most joysticks in the style of a Nintendo joycon suffer from.
