Description

Raceblade Long Fender Set Fits 700 x 18-25 is ultra long splash protection with each end extending past the axle, keeping you and the rider behind you dry. This fender set is perfect for riders who don't want permanently mounted fenders as the metal mounting clips stay on the frame, but the fender profiles clip on and off in seconds. Brackets attach at brake bolts and skewers. The Raceblade Long is popular for bike with no eyelets and minimal clearance between the frame and tire. Length of stays can be easily adjusted.

Was trying to fit rain fenders in my 2013 Cervelo R3x but difficult to find. I tried a few SKS, and stuck with these, also the silver kinda looks cool against my silver paint frame. I used them in a heavy rain on a road ride. I expected to be blocked more from the front spray, but going through puddles it still sprayed out the side and got my feet a few times. The back worked great, but a lot of spray down to the BB, even with the additional “front” section of the back fender. Overall, I’m keeping them. The biggest problem though is I can fit the front on properly with this carbon fork because there isn’t enough clearance for the metal bracket to go through with the tire. So far, I’m using metal rubberized gear tie to pull the fender up against the back side of the front wheel. It’s not great. ... show more

I installed these fender on my road bike Fuji Newest 7 years ago, tires 700x25. Since then they work just great, in any weather condition. Great quality and looks perfect! Highly recommended.

    • Axel mounting brackets not universal
Nice product however mounting brackets only fit a quick release skewer. Not a bolted axel. Very frustrating

    • Easy to install
This was pretty easy to install. The hardest part is having to remove the brake calipers to get the mounting clips in behind them. Once they are all clipped in, it takes a little adjusting to make them fit properly, but once done, they work great.

The mechanism that clamps on to the axle is not suitable for horizontal dropouts. My wheel slipped out and it was very dangerous. Returned the fenders.

Don't bother getting these unless you only plan to ride on super smooth roads. Less than a year of commuting and my rear fender broke. The plastic near the fender stay crack completely apart, and then L-bracket also broke later that day. Additionally, the rear fender has also scratched my seat tube.
