This isnt a pure, bright white curtain . It has a very, very slight tinge to it...I'd prob refer to it as eggshell white. Has a varying weave pattern throughout the curtain. Fabric has a different feel to it. Not sure how to describe it....its almost as if it has a thin coating on it, maybe to help repel water? All I know is that it feels like it would melt if you tried to iron it. Which is why it still has wrinkles in it (I avoided getting those in pic). Its 100% polyester, machine washable, measures 70 x 72 & made in China. Fabric Is not super heavy or dense but it is substantial enough that it doesnt blow around while showering (I use a vinyl liner with it as well). It's a small step above a run of the mill shower curtain. Good quality but nothing over the top. Not sure if it's worth 28$. I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way.. It's a nice shower curtain. Although it's just plain white, the textured pattern makes it more interesting. Because our bathrooms are small, I'm always looking for light colored shower curtains, so I don't make the room look even smaller. This white curtain has a nice waffle pattern that I find very attractive I also like the medium weight of this shower curtain - it gives it a quality look and feel. At $23 a bit more expensive than most shower curtains.

I really like tye openings for hanging the curtain, they are slits in the fabric instead of holes. It governs it a more tailored look this way. The pattern on the fabric looks nice, it is solid white but the pattern adds texture to the curtain. It appears to be made really well, no issues.
