The outer case had scratched on it (beneath the plastic it was wrapped in with the item barcode). You might be asking how I knew it was used - some of the tools were in the incorrect spots but were held in the spot by the case so it wasn’t like items shifted during shipping. The tools overall seem great. The drill has a strong burnt plastic smell that makes me nervous but for the small uses I need it for it I’ll power through. ... show more
