I am fussy about shower curtain liners--I like them to be SOFT and WEIGHTED, so they don't billow around and bug me, or billow out the other way and let water escape to the floor. I tell you this because I made a mistake and bought a cheap one that was entirely unsatisfactory: too stiff, got in the way, let water drip onto the floor. This item is as you would expect. Pretty blue, but you can also see through it slightly which is good for a liner. It has really good, strong magnets and I like that because it keeps it in place so water doesn't get through. Just note that it is very thin.
