This dryer is just what I needed. I was tired of holding a diffuser over my head to dry my styled curls. This dryer works like a diffuser, it has a nice downward air flow that doesn’t move my hair around, it has a timer that shuts the dryer off when time is up, the heat dial works great from cool to very hot. I plan to use it for deep conditioning. It’s simple to use and works perfectly. This review is written after only using the dryer for a week. Let’s hope that it functions for a long time. Update 6 months later. I love this hair dryer. It works great for hot deep conditioning and for somewhat cooler drying. Still working good.

Loose Parts dangling inside. Post was not sturdy and neck would not easily adjust - hard to raise and lower. Returned item the next day (2/14) after arrival (2/13). Tried reordering another one - out of stock. Still awaiting refund as of todat, 2/18. UPDATE: Received refund. They did call me but was never able to reach me. Thanks.

Doesn't work properly. The seller said I put hood on wrong which I did not have a problem with one I purchased from another seller a couple of years ago which still works fine. I would have purchased from them but the dryer was no longer available. This is why I purchased from this seller. It seems that if I seend back I read it will take 30days for me to get my money back which may not be a full refund. This mkaes no sense to me because it didn't take 30 days for them to get my money to purchase the dryer. I would think twice before purchasing this dryer. UPDATE: the company has reached out and is trying to make thinks right.

Works very well. Can get really hot if you need it. The hood slides a bit once you pull it to its max height. Used in salon suite. Would recommend.
