The audio quality is perfect. Nobody mic quality is not good. I use them for working out and audio books so, for the price, it works. And, they are sng and comfortable to wear.

I have bought at least 6 pairs of these. My kids have a pair, husband, and myself. We love the comfort of them. Great sound quality. Durable as ever. These have gone through the wash and still keep going.

The only reasons I won’t give five stars is that they can be a little glitchy with connecting to various devices and the pass through / “awareness” mode randomly turns off sometimes. Aside from that they have good sound, an amazing battery life, seem sturdy, work with both my Apple and Samsung devices, and fit well for me (my roommate didn’t like them but he has weirdly shaped ears. I got him the sport version with the over ear hooks and he likes those a lot.). There is a noticeable delay, but not enough to affect phone conversations, however it can be a problem if you play certain games on tablet or phone where reacting quickly to sound cues matter. These earbuds work great and sound good, but unfortunately they are just a tad too big for my ears and are uncomfortable for me. Don't let that deter you from trying them, because I have had the same problem with other earbuds, so it is a ME problem, not a problem with the product.

I got my Jlab go air pop+ wireless earbuds in last night, they were fully charged when they arrived. I had to try them out first, but then the comfort silicone tips were too big for my tiny ears, so I had to change them out to the smallest one, but now they fit perfectly in my ears. And I tested them out after that and pairing them to my JLab app and my Bluetooth on my smart phone and let me tell you they are amazing. The sound quality the noise cancellation everything is the best highly recommend. Plus they are also easy to charge already come with a charging mini cable and all you have to do is attach it to a USB-C port and there you go I also sent my friend one, who lives in Southern California as a gift … but the lilac version of these and she’s already tested them out using them. She loves them. I also gave my grandma one for Christmas. The rose colored one and she loves it. We’re all 3 are huge Jlab fans ... show more
