    • VERY STURDY AND STABLE FOLDING STAND (SPT5003-FS Folding Stand)
This is a very sturdy, compact stand for the SKILSAW SPT99T-01. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think it's way over-priced. However I am very pleased with the quality, rigidity and compactness when folded for storage. The saw secures to the stand easily and firmly with two attached clamps. You have to assemble the legs which is quick and easy: eight 1/2" nuts and eight #2 Phillips bolts provided. One of the front legs has an adjustable foot (and lock nut) to compensate for uneven surfaces. ASSEMBLY TIP: I Initially assembled the stand upside down, attached the legs and tightened the bolts solid. My mistake was to tighten the bolts while it was upside down.This resulted in too much wobble when placed upright. With the stand upright I loosened the eight leg bolts. Loosening the legs allowed the stand to settle flat to the floor, then I tightened them up solid again. ZERO wobble! I'm admitting to a novice mistake, and I'm no novice, just impatient. Hopefully this will help someone else! ... show more

8 1/4" table saw Model #SPT99T-01 or for the SKILSAW SPT5003-FS Folding Stand for SKILSAW Table Saw SPT99T I bought both and they are both 5 Stars all the way. The regular insert that comes with the saw is all metal and perfect, I also ordered the Dado insert which is all metal and perfect as well.

    • It's worth the money.
I didn't think I would need this stand. I thought I would use saw horses or make something but in the end I decided to just buy the stand that is made for my saw. Glad I did! The fitment is perfect. Setting up saw it's fast and easy and I don't have to think about it. VERY STABLE!!!

The saw stand is well made and sturdy but is very short. Could have been about 4 inches taller.
