Arrived on time. I attached my DCS361 DeWalt 20v Max Sliding Compound miter saw and my DeWalt DWS780 12" double bevel sliding miter saw on this stand. The brackets attach to the base of your saw and I am confident that they will attach to any chop saw or other tool that has a wide flat base. This stand is not advertised as a saw stand but works very well for the DCS361 20v Max Saw. The much bigger DWS780 looked a little out of place on this stand. It worked and it was stable but I will use the DWX726 rolling stand for the bigger saw. I chose this stand over the bigger folding stands that have large wheels because when folded, this stand takes up very little space. The stand is lightweight but feels sturdy and well constructed. When the legs are folded up it's hard to reach the carry handle but that is a minor issue. Both ends of the stand appear to have openings to allow a material support stand to slide in. I'm not sure if DeWalt makes such an item but I'll research and update this review. Overall, this is a very good product for the price. I bought this Dewalt DWX725B work stand to use with my Dewalt 12" miter saw to provide a compact, stable and very portable stand. It is very nicely built and erects and folds for storage smoothly and easily. The miter saw brackets, once mounted to the saw, provide a quick and easy way to attach the saw and then remove for transport. Keep in mind that this unit, unlike the Dewalt DWX723 or Dewalt DWX724 , does not provide support for long pieces of stock so you'll have to use a auxiliary roller stand. In my case I needed a compact stand and this worked out perfectly. For those who intend on using this stand with other brand miter saws, yes, you may have to be creative when attaching the saw to the brackets but once you've done that it's easy to mount and dismount the saw to the stand. ... show more

I read about one hundred reviews for a new work stand with the miter saw. And, I got analysis / paralysis. Too many reviews where people loved or hated the stand. I thought, it's just a stand, how good or bad can it be. Well, even minor issues will make someone angry and post a negative review. So, my needs were portable, light weight, and easy to use with my battery powered Dewalt miter saw. This one is great. It folds up and unfolds in a minute. The miter saw attachment hooks to the table in about two seconds. My Dewalt attaches to the attachment brackets and is solid as a rock. Transporting this stand when folded is easy. This work stand is nice and light. Easy to set up and the brackets are solid and grab the horse tight. I have a DWX723 with the same mounting brackets for my DW715 and man, it is a great setup, just a bit heavy for a small job though. I found myself doing it the old way (cutting on the ground) just to avoid dragging the big stand out for a few cuts. I'll carry this little DWX725 horse around all the time in a nice storage spot in my van. Very convenient for an easy and fast setup. The universal slots in the brackets will accept my Milwaukee chop saw as well. A very well designed product even though it's structured lighter duty than the DWX723 it is still PLENTY strong and a wise investment. ... show more

Purchased to work with a DeWalt Mitre saw, so it worked well. It's strong enough and easy to use. The one negative is not on the stand but on Amazon. I carefully inspect all purchases of any significance based on seeing a bunch of reviews indicating a difference in product than described. I purchased NEW with Amazon as the shipper/seller. I first noticed the box staples had been removed and the box had been restapled with a smaller staple (so bravo to whomever had access to a carton stapler). Upon opening the package, one of the packing pieces was torn. The feet on the unit show scuff marks and it had a smudge all indicating it had been gently used or set up and then returned. All the parts are there and it will work for my purposes but when I spend the money for NEW, I expect NEW, not previously opened and monkeyed with. Most of the time I would return it but in this case, no need. ... show more

This stand is not only useful for Miter Saws, one can mount just about any bench power tool and make them more versatile and portable. It is not intended to replace the DWX623 when you need to cut big, heavy or long material but I have found this stand to be a great companion to the 623. I have added several pairs of the Mounting Brackets. One pair is on my big Dewalt Monster Miter Saw and one pair on a smaller Makita Miter Saw. I also have a Tile Wet Saw and a Router Table mounted on other Brackets for quick use. If I need support for long boards, PVC, etc., I use a roller mounted on a second DWX725 and as it is very light and does not take up much space, I can easily move it wherever needed for support. You can also just use a roller or flip top stand. Need a quick pair of Saw Horses? Well here you go and they are a nice height. I can quickly mount a scrap piece of plywood to a pair of brackets for a small table, quick work bench or tool holder. One other nice thing about the Mounting Brackets is - they are interchangeable between the DWX623, DWX724 and the DWX725 Stands. One reviewer did not feel it was of much use. One has to feel sorry for that person as they are really missing out on a very multipurpose product. I am still finding new uses for the pair of DWX725B I have. Uses are only limited by your imagination and this Amazon price “taint bad” either with Prime free shipping. ... show more

I ordered the Dewalt DWX725B heavy duty work stand along side with my Dewalt DW715 15amp 12" compound miter saw and the Dewalt DW3128P5 80 tooth and 32 Tooth saw blade pack on Black Friday and saved a pretty petty. The first impressions when I opened the box was how well made the stand is, how light it is and how nice it is to tote around from site to site to have a secure place to work on. I'm just a hobbyist as a DIY person, but I've been known to do some extensive projects with friends and I upgraded from a simple Ryobi 10" saw; my new setup now just seems like I went from High School to College in one fell swoop. The transporting latches look odd and flimsy, but let me assure you once they lock in place, they are there for good. Its super simple to disassemble the miter saw from the stand; literally takes seconds to do. The only thing next to really complete my set is some Rockwell JawStands. ... show more

Some tool stands fit poorly or have flimsy supports. This stand looks lightweight from the photos, but it is as stable as can be expected. I use the miter saw daily. The stand never wobbles. While I might move the saw and stand a few inches when I'm doing rapid-fire cuts, I never have to worry that it will be unstable. I don't use the stand at offsite worksites, but I do move it (with the saw) to different parts of the shop, depending on the project. It moves easily. It took me about 20 minutes to casually set this up. Most of the setup is intuitive. The manual is easy to read and can be helpful for those less-intuitive steps. I have no complaints about this stand and can strongly recommend both the Dewalt saw and the stand. ... show more
