Nice quality iron pan. I preheat it on the stove while preparing a tortilla pizza on the counter. When done, I place the pizza on the hot pan and into a preheated toaster oven on the low rack. The pan will be very hot, so you will need to have a metal pan grip to make the move from the stove. Amazon has these, and I would recommend buying one at the same time. It's very easy to clean, usually with a paper towel. I coat it with a little olive oil before use. This is a nice item to have if you want to make tortilla pizza in the toaster oven.

Finally my search is over. Trying to find a cast Iron pan to fit my small kamado charcoal grill has been a year long task. This is not the brand I wanted nor is it the highest quality/grade Cast Iron but I’m so happy to have found it. The size is perfect for my needs. This pan is 9’’ and my grill cooking area is 9.8 After the first use, it was easy to clean and looked great but the 2nd time I used it, it became charred and impossible to completely clean. I’ve used cast iron for years and never had this issue but it’s still useable and I don’t regret my purchase. Marinated mushroom protein topped with garlic, Pico de Gallo and grilled onions…..sooo yummy.

This cast iron skillet fits perfectly in the Ninja 6 qt. bowl, and works very well for eggs or other foods that may fall through the grid. I did season this skillet with Crisco oil on both sides before using it. When I did use it, I preheated it on airfry for 7 minutes before putting food on it. So far, this skillet has worked very well and has been easy to clean. As for all of my cast iron cookware, I season it after each use. Another use that I have found for this skillet is to use it to keep burgers and sausage patties flat while cooking. Have you cooked either burgers or sausage patties pooch up in the middle as you cooked them? When they do this, they don't lay flat on a bun or plate. By using this little skillet as a weight on top as they cook and patties stay flat. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Like the size, but coating started peeling after three weeks. Washed by hand with sponge - did 'not' wash in dishwasher. Do not feel safe regarding using for food.

It works good enough. I dont think it was worth $20 especially when I can purchase a Lodge product for that price point. It is extremely thin but it works! I think next time I am going to purchase a lodge pan and use my grinder to cut off the handles. I needed this to fit in my air fryer. This was the only one I could find that was semi affordable that did the job. I'm going to keep it because it does the job I need it to do but reluctantly.
