Works perfectly... I was worried it wouldn't work after reading the reviews so I opened it immediately and tried it.. It works just fine. Exactly what I wanted in this product. You can't hold the sprayer way in the air because it will stop the flow like ALOT of these reviews are showing, but when are you going to hold it way up, it's meant to use close to the baby while you give them a bath. It works perfect using it the right way. Easy to use, not heavy at all and the suction cup works great in my tub. Can't wait to get to use this when baby comes

Great product, especially with the shower head being too strong in most baths. This product makes bathtime super comfortable for my toddler and baby. It’s compact and easy for travel. Also, It is very easy to use. You just pop it in the tub and turn the switch on on the handle. I also like that it includes two attachment heads, one for scrubbing and then there’s a spiked attachment for shampooing. My only complaint is the design of the suction cup is not as strong. When my toddler is in the tub playing or moving the water around, it’ll lose suction and float to the top, and it won’t suck in enough water. Then I have to re-suction try the cup, but then it’ll eventually loosen up again.

When I first ordered, the pump kept shutting off, but Amazon’s customer service was excellent—they sent me a replacement the very next day. The new one works perfectly. The packaging was secure, and once set up, it stays stable in the water (just make sure the pump is fully submerged at first). It took a little practice to get used to, but now it’s very easy to use. I also like that it doubles as a soft sponge for the baby’s body, and the water pressure is just right for gentle baths. I’ve been using it for about 5 months and haven’t had to change the batteries yet. Overall, a very useful product that makes bath time easier.

My newborn just started tub baths after having sponge baths and bath time in general has been a struggle because she hates it. After her first tub bath a few days ago and she didn't stop crying I ordered this to see if it would make a difference and it definitely does! So grateful for this and it works really well and is so easy to use.

So, sadly I do have some complaints. The suction cup at the bottom really doesn't work right. It was constantly disconnecting from the bottom of the tub. So next issue is the pressure, or the lack their of. I honestly expected for me to be able to put it above her forhead and it have enough pressure to push the water to the back of my daughters head. Sadly it did not and the water just came right back and into her face. Unfortunately my baby girl is not a water baby, so it resulted it a total meltdown and I had to stop trying to clean her hair in order to calm her down. I do however love that the side button on the shower head, you have to hold it down for it to spay, that's a nice function. She did seam to enjoy chewing on the tubing as well, so while I was putting shampoo in her hair, she was well entertained by trying to gum the tubing to death 😂
