When I first ordered, the pump kept shutting off, but Amazon’s customer service was excellent—they sent me a replacement the very next day. The new one works perfectly. The packaging was secure, and once set up, it stays stable in the water (just make sure the pump is fully submerged at first). It took a little practice to get used to, but now it’s very easy to use. I also like that it doubles as a soft sponge for the baby’s body, and the water pressure is just right for gentle baths.
