Always worn skechers but this was my first pair of skecher boots. I need the wide width and skechers has that. About the comfort, take the factory insole out and replace it with something like an air plus insole. The insole is the foundation of comfort in any shoe and 99% of all boots and shoes have sub standard insoles that they put in them. I like the skecher afterburn shoe and I always take the factory insole out and replace it with air plus work insoles. I stand on concrete in a factory for 8 hour shifts and it makes a difference. ... show more
