The Skar Audio SKv2-4500. 1D is a competition grade monoblock class D subwoofer amplifier that was designed to deliver unequivocal performance and power output. As a part of the flagship SKv2 series of amplifiers from Skar Audio, this model utilizes only the highest quality internal components and features advanced engineering enhancements that allow it to outperform anything else on the market in its power class. Whether you are competing in the SPL lanes, or looking for the absolute best amplifier to power your "daily driver" audio system, look no further - this is the amplifier for you. The SKv2-4500. 1D is conservatively rated at 4, 500 watts RMS power, and at max power output can produce more than an astonishing 7, 400 watts. In addition to its extreme performance capabilities, this amplifier features an advanced heatsink design that allows for maximum cooling, as well as 4-way protection circuitry, enabling the amplifier to operate efficiently at peak output levels for hours on end. Furthermore, you'll have full reign over your amplifier with the built-in user control panel, featuring variable adjustment tunings for gain level, subsonic filter, bass boost, low-pass filter, and phase control. Versatility is key, and so you have the ability with the SKv2-4500. 1D to run them strapped if desired, which is unique to our SKv2 series of amplifiers. In addition to all the above features, it also has both RCA inputs and outputs so that you can easily daisy chain multiple amplifiers together, and utilizes two sets of 1/0-gauge power and ground input terminals (2 of each) which allow for maximum current flow and therefore higher power output. This amplifier comes with a remote subwoofer level control (bass knob) allowing the user to have full control over their bass from the front of the vehicle.

This mf right here has some power I run a stock Ford ranger 3 kits of OFC 0 gage 2/12s Quantum audio wire down to 2 ohm speakers already blow up in 3 weeks 😅🔥💪 My next upgrade is a Mac man 370 amp alternator and now I have three optimize 2 yellow cap one red capi love this amp what ever you do if you want to run a big amp you will need big power to run your system ... show more

    • This amp is junk. Don’t waste your money!
I couldn’t find any dyno tests of this amp online and so I took a leap of faith and bought it. I hooked it up to two high power 15” woofers and cranked it up. Boy, was I disappointed. I finally bought an amp from another company to get my system sounding where I wanted it. Since then I have tried the amp on two other systems with disappointing results. Finally, I had my son install it in his car and we decided to see how much power it was putting out. It draws a little over 100 amps at clipping at12.5 volts! This thing is only putting out somewhere around 1300 watts! Complete garbage for the $900 I paid. My son’s Brutus puts out more. Avoid this amp because it is a giant paperweight. There is a reason they don’t dyno test these. ... show more

I have this at .5 ohm on a dual runs of 0ga ground and power and dual inputs fused at 400a with a 390a alt and 3 2000 watt kinetik batteries. Pounds all day long. I haven’t even felt it get warm.

No power.... if you're going to advertise 4500 watts RMS it should be pushing that. Not even close. No.wonder why this and.the DNR I purchased have been discontinued.
