I own several Skagen watches. They are simplistic, and they will catch eyes. Light weight and subtle with everything focused on comfort. Not a watch for work. Formal settings is when my Skagens come out.

Elegant and slim Men's watch. My 3rd Skagen. When I first received this watch, the timepiece had stopped in the box but when I set the time, it started up and worked great. Things were good for about 5 months - then it started strangely losing some time, just a few minutes to begin with, but over a period of about 4 weeks, it began stopping and I would need to reset the time and it would start again. Yes, I not only checked the battery, I bought a new battery and had a watch specialty store change the battery. When the watch tech took the battery out, as part of his process he checked the charge on the removed battery. He told me, this battery is good - but I will change it if you want. I did and the watched worked again for about 2 weeks. Then it started stopping again. It would just stop, and sometimes restart , sometimes not. As a watch exists to tell me the correct time, this was a problem. I eventually stopped wearing it because I could not longer trust it. It still looks great, but its been in the box for 2 months now. I no longer miss it, I've gotten used to using my phone or wall clocks. I may get another watch, but the next watch will probably be an iOS watch. I'm bummed because I really like Skagen's design. Of course everything happened outside the return window for this watch. ... show more

Nice looking watch if you have smaller wrist, it will work well. If you have bigger risk, it will look too small and feel too thin, but the quality is good.

The watch was exactly what I was hoping for. Love it. Feels like I have had it for years and it has only been 10 days--that's how comfortable it is. Took a few minutes to adjust the band but it was not difficult. It was easy to set the day, date and time. I'd do it again. In fact, I may get a different color of the same watch.
